With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy,information technology has penetrated into people’s economic life.For example: cloud computing,cloud services,artificial intelligence and so on.The state has provided strong policy support to the information technology service industry.The development momentum of the information technology service industry is good,and the scale of the industry is further increasing.The industry has entered a critical period of development,the demand for technical talents is increasingly fierce,and the demand for skilled talents is increasingly high.Therefore,how to attract and retain key talents becomes an important factor to be considered in the strategic development of enterprises.Management Measures for Equity Incentive of Listed Companies was promulgated and implemented in July 2016,marking that the practice of equity incentive has entered a new stage.In 2020,China’s equity incentive market presents two significant characteristics: "the total amount exceeds the expectation and the multi-period normalization".Yonyou Network is a company that has carried out equity incentive since 2006.The stock incentive executed by the company can represent the actual situation of the stock incentive in our country to a certain extent.Up to now,four periods of equity incentive have been implemented,and the program design and implementation process gradually become mature.In view of this,this paper chooses the equity incentive implemented by Yonyou Network when it entered the stage of Yonyou 3.0 to study its implementation effect,in order to analyze and judge whether equity incentive has an incentive effect on financial performance,human resources,innovation ability and other aspects.Firstly,this article provides a systematic review of the research results on equity incentives both domestically and internationally.Then,using the PEST analysis method,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the external environment of equity incentives for Yonyou Network Company.On this basis,by comparing the three phases of equity incentive plans and execution in the era of UFIDA 3.0,it was found that the development strategy of UFIDA Network Company is compatible with the equity incentive plan and execution process.Once again,using the entropy method,we horizontally compared the financial performance of Yonyou Network from four aspects:profitability,operation,development,and debt repayment.We conducted a vertical comparison of Yonyou Network’s financial performance and found that implementing equity incentives has a positive incentive effect on financial performance.At the same time,a systematic analysis was conducted on the market response of Yonyou Network’s implementation of equity incentives and its impact on human resources and R&D innovation capabilities.It was found that the market is optimistic about Yonyou Network’s implementation of equity incentives,indicating that the market supports its implementation of equity incentives.In addition,after implementing equity incentives,human resources and R&D innovation capabilities have improved and improved to varying degrees,A reasonable equity incentive plan is beneficial for enterprises.Through research,the final conclusion is drawn that the implementation of equity incentives is beneficial for attracting and retaining talents,enhancing innovation capabilities,and enhancing enterprise value.Based on the successful experience of implementing equity incentives on Yonyou Network,this article suggests that companies should pay more attention to innovation ability when implementing equity incentives,and combine the formulation of equity incentive assessment conditions with the company’s development strategy.Additionally,it is important to reasonably determine the audience range and proportion,in order to establish a long-term incentive mechanism for the company and promote the healthy development of the enterprise.
