Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the global economy and the growing prosperity of the global intelligent manufacturing industry,rare earth resources,as an important strategic resource in the world,have been applied more and more widely in various fields,especially in the field of high-performance new materials.At the same time,due to the special state policy management and market characteristics,China’s rare earth enterprises have undergone several times of integration in the past decades,and have basically formed the oligarchic market pattern of six major groups.In the development process of China’s rare earth enterprises,due to external environmental factors,rare earth products are in short supply and the characteristics of the downstream application end technology is weak,which makes the rare earth enterprises generally encounter the development bottleneck.This paper takes Company S as the research object.Firstly,it briefly expounds the background and significance of the development strategy research of the domestic and foreign rare earth industry,then summarizes and analyzes the strategic management theory used in the research process.At the same time,this paper also uses many managements theory analytical tools,such as PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,Porter’s Five Forces analysis,to systematically analyze the internal and external environment and its own competitiveness of Company S,then makes an in-depth discussion on the opportunities and challenges faced by Company S under the promotion of the "dual circulation" policy,and fully analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of Company S,the strategic development model of Company S is put forward.Company S should make full use of its own technological advantages and industrial layout advantages,and choose a development strategy of stable expansion.Through the integrated development strategy of the enterprise,the resource expansion strategy of going out,and the development strategy of circular economy,we can stabilize the resource supply of the enterprise and the needs of downstream customers,thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.In the process of implementing the established development strategy,Company S should firstly promote the company in a reasonable way to ensure that every employee of the company understands and agrees with the company’s development strategy.Then,through the exclusive strategic planning department of the company,the established strategic goals are decomposed and promoted to each department and employee of each branch to ensure the implementation of the company’s strategic goals.Finally,from the adjustment of organizational structure,improve the management system,promote the whole industry cycle and other aspects of further analysis and elaboration,to ensure the implementation of the company’s development strategy put forward safeguards.At the end of this paper,the author also discussed the development prospects of Company S and Chines rare earth enterprises in the ecosphere development model.China’s rare earth should enterprises gradually make use of their own advantages to improve the development of the whole industry chain,fully extends to the ecosphere development model.So as to further excavate the profit space of enterprises and promote the synergistic development of all links of the industry.
