Research On The Impact Of Digital Digital On High Quality Economic Development

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has achieved a great leap in45 years.It has leapt from the country with the world’s economic scale less than the top 10 to the country with the second largest economic scale,and far surpasses Japan with the third largest economic scale.However,the large-scale investment led by the population dividend and the government has been difficult to sustain.China’s economy has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality economic development,The rapid development of the digital economy has brought an opportunity for the transformation of economic quality.The digital economy takes digital and information as the production factors,and has the characteristics of strong permeability,high dissemination,digitalization,networking,and high efficiency.This has accelerated the transformation of the economy.At the same time,the transformation of the structure of the closed economy has played a significant role in promoting the realization of high-quality economic development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of digital economy on high-quality economic development.This paper studies the mechanism analysis of digital economy and high-quality economic development through sorting out the existing literature,and then analyzes the current situation of digital economy and high-quality economic development.Secondly,it uses the entropy method to measure the level of digital economy and high-quality economic development,and carries out in-depth analysis of the results of the level measurement.On the basis of the above,it conducts empirical research and draws the following conclusions:From the perspective of the digital economy,from 2011 to 2020,the development level of China’s digital economy has been maintaining rapid growth during the past decade.The digital economy index has increased from 0.012 in 2011 to 0.061 in 2020,with an annualized growth rate of 44.83%.The level measurement of the digital economy has significantly improved;Among them,the digital industry,digital applications,and digital inclusive finance have also maintained rapid growth during the past decade.The biggest progress in this decade is the Generalized System of Preferences finance,which has increased from 00.001 to 0.028,a growth rate of nearly 28 times,while the slowest growth is the digital industry,which has increased from 0.03 to 0.022;During the decade from 2011 to 2020,whether it is the digital economy,or its three dimensions of digital industry,digital application,and GSP finance,the size of its regional index is greater in the eastern region than in the central region than in the western region,and there are spatial differences in China’s digital economy.Second: From 2011-2020,the high-quality development level of China’s economy has been maintaining rapid growth during the past decade;From a regional perspective,the measurement result of the level of high-quality economic development is that the eastern region is larger than the central region and larger than the western region.The results of high-quality economic development are uneven,with high levels in the east and low levels in the west;From the perspective of growth rate,although the western and central regions of the country are also growing,their growth rate is not significant,and their growth level is not much different,far lower than that of the eastern region;Third: Through the development of empirical results,the digital economy has a significant promoting effect on the high-quality development of China’s economy,which is consistent with the hypothesis.The empirical economy achieves high-quality economic development by promoting technological innovation,improving management models,and achieving accurate human resource management through the transformation of the economic structure.Among the three indicators of the digital economy,the digital industry,digital applications,and GSP finance have a promoting effect on the high-quality development of China’s economy.Among them,the digital industry has the strongest promoting effect.The digital industry is the direct economic embodiment of the digital economy,which has the greatest impact on the high-quality development of the economy through its impact on all aspects of people’s lives and all walks of life,with the most obvious promoting effectBased on the above analysis and empirical conclusions.This article proposes the following suggestions: First,strengthen the top-level design of the digital economy,and implement a differentiated and regional strategic deployment for the development of the digital economy;Second,increase investment in infrastructure and accelerate the construction of 5G,cloud computing,and big data centers;Third,increase the implementation of GSP finance,accurately distribute funds,diversify to meet the direct needs of lenders,accelerate the flow of social funds,and promote high-quality economic development.
