Research On Price Coordination And Government Subsidies Of Sustainable Agricultural Products

With the increasingly prominent of economic globalization and the continuous strengthening of people’s awareness of environmental protection,the sustainable supply chain management concept of coordinated development of economy and environment has been favored and recognized by consumers.Sustainable supply chain mainly includes sustainable design,sustainable production,sustainable consumption,etc.,involving multiple products such as sustainable agricultural products,environmentally friendly agricultural products,and general agricultural products.Due to the different demand preferences of consumers for heterogeneous agricultural products,manufacturers’ production costs of heterogeneous agricultural products and government subsidies for heterogeneous agricultural products,there is an optimal choice of differentiated production mode among different manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on sustainable production,sustainable consumption and government subsidies,focusing on multi-product differential pricing and coordination of sustainable supply chain.(1)For a two-level sustainable supply chain system composed of manufacturer and seller,considering the different utility of consumers’ purchase of sustainable agricultural products,environmentally friendly agricultural products and general agricultural products,different production modes under non-cooperative game and cooperative game are studied respectively,and analyzed.The impact of different production costs on the selection of the manufacturer’s production mode is determined,the critical conditions and critical regions for the selection of the production mode are determined,and the product pricing under different production modes is optimized through the Rubinstein bargaining strategy.The system profit after cooperative pricing strategy is 33.3% higher than that of non-cooperative game,realizing the global optimization and perfect coordination of the supply chain system.(2)For the supply chain system composed of the government and three heterogeneous manufacturers,the issue of government subsidies for sustainable agricultural products and environmentally friendly agricultural products was investigated.Based on the assumption that the government adopts differentiated subsidies to the three manufacturers,considering the attribute levels and consumption preferences of agricultural products,the Stackelberg game theory is used to establish the supply and demand model of agricultural products in a sustainable supply chain,and the optimal subsidy strategy of the government is determined.This has a certain guiding significance for the coordinated development of supply and demand of general agricultural products,environmentally friendly agricultural products and sustainable agricultural products.
