China’s Digital Economy Platform Promotes The Integration Of Rural Industries And The Shaping Of Mechanisms

At present,the digital economy presents new characteristics of cross-border integration,and the focus of the development of the digital economy platform is to promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,and empower the upgrading of traditional industries,which is particularly important in the current context of industrial integration and common prosperity.Although most Western Marxist theories criticize the monopoly of digital economy platforms,we have also observed some positive roles of digital economic platforms in the practice of rural industrial integration in China.Therefore,this paper argues that the research on China’s digital economy platform in the context of the two integrations should not only stop at the criticism of its monopoly,but how China’s digital economy platform promotes the integration of rural industries and how to prevent the formation of the "value sharing" mechanism towards platform monopoly in this process.Based on this,this paper intends to further study the following questions in detail: Does the current development of China’s digital economy platform promote the development of rural industrial integration? If so,how deep is the impact? What about the specific mechanisms of influence? Focusing on these problems,this paper analyzes the mechanism of digital economy platform affecting rural industrial integration from the three major effects of industrial chain synergy,rural scientific and technological innovation effect and matching effect,and provides theoretical support for promoting China’s rural industrial integration and the construction of related "value sharing" mechanism.The main content of the full text includes three parts:The main body of the article consists of three major contents: the first part presents the research questions of this article: including the first chapter of the article.The basic background,methods,possible innovations and shortcomings of this study are reviewed.The second part analyzes the research questions in this article:corresponding to chapters 2 to 5 of the article.Chapter 2 defines the concept,sorts out the theories and literature related to digital economy platform,rural industry integration and value sharing,and lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of an analytical framework later.Chapter 3 describes the characteristics of the development of digital economy platforms and the integration of rural industries.This paper descriptively evaluates the development level of China’s digital economy platform and the degree of integration of rural industries,and explains the relationship between the two from case practice.Chapter 4 is an analysis of the impact mechanism of China’s digital economy platform on rural industrial integration.Based on the relevant theories and case practices,the specific mechanism of digital economy platform development to promote rural industrial integration is analyzed from the overall impact and the three major effects of industrial chain synergy,rural scientific and technological innovation effect,and matching effect,and this paper hypothesis.Chapter 5 is an empirical analysis of the impact of the development of digital economy platforms on promoting the integration of rural industries.Firstly,the entropy method is used to measure the development level of China’s digital economy platform and the degree of integration of rural industries.Based on the four hy*potheses proposed above,the econometric model is used to conduct an empirical study on the actual relationship between the two,and the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020 in China is used to verify the positive effect of the digital economy platform on rural industrial integration.After empirically demonstrating that digital economy platforms promote rural industrial integration,this paper further studies the distribution of interests between digital economy platforms and multi-stakeholders in this process,so as to explore the development direction of China’s digital economy platforms: monopoly or value sharing? The third part addresses the research problem of this paper: Chapter 6 of this paper.Based on the research conclusions of this paper,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the promotion of rural industrial integration by digital economy platforms and the shaping of "value sharing" mechanism in this process,and looks forward to the future research directions.After theoretical analysis and quantitative research,this paper argues that from a nationwide perspective,the development level index of digital economy platform significantly affects the overall industrial integration of rural areas,and the development degree of digital economy platform in developed areas has a more significant role in promoting the development of rural industrial integration.From the perspective of specific mechanisms,the digital economy platform effectively promotes the level of rural industrial integration through the effect of rural scientific and technological innovation and matching effect.The digital economy platform promotes rural scientific and technological innovation by reducing transaction costs and optimizing rural services,thereby significantly affecting the integration of rural industries.In addition,the development of the digital economy platform can effectively and accurately match the supply and demand of the production and consumption sides of the rural market,thereby improving the level of rural industrial integration.Under the background of the integration of China’s digital economy and the real economy,in the process of digital economy platform promoting the integration of rural industries,the digital economy platform participates in the value creation process and shares value with multiple stakeholders.Based on the basic position and viewpoint of political economy,especially Xi Jinping Economic Thought,this paper takes rural industry integration as the starting point,and further discusses the "value sharing" in this process as an institutional supplement for the integrated development of digital economy and real economy on the basis of studying the digital economy platform to promote rural industrial integration.The empirical method selects indicators with representative and practical value to increase the rationality and scientific nature of the article.Regarding how to avoid the digital economy platform from becoming monopoly in the process of penetrating into the rural market,this paper believes that the relationship between the government and the market should be reasonably handled,the guiding role of the government should be strengthened,and it is proposed to build a high-quality supervision and value sharing system of "prudent and flexible supervision and reasonable guidance and distribution",which enriches the practical research of digital economy platforms in China.
