Organizational commitment is an important concept in organizational behavior and human resource management,and it is a link between employees and organizations.How to effectively use the organizational commitment is a psychological contract to increase staff loyalty to the organization at the grass-roots level and dependency,reduce staff turnover intention is at the grass-roots level must pay attention to by the department of human resources management problems,especially in the present domestic(the rise of the domestic each big commercial Banks)and foreign(the establishment of foreign Banks),under the threat of grassroots employees get the opportunity to work more choice and talent stage,fierce competition between the industry and grass-roots staff's loss is H bank focus,imperative to strengthen the study of the grassroots employees' organizational commitment.This paper takes the grass-roots staff of h bank as the research object,through the literature analysis method,the interview method and the questionnaire investigation research method,analyzes and studies the domestic and foreign scholars related literature material,and according to the h bank grass-roots staff's situation,a total of78 tellers in 15 branches under the jurisdiction of the survey and interviews were conducted to investigate and analyze the status quo of organizational commitment and turnover intention of tellers,in order to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention,it is confirmed that organizational commitment is negatively related to turnover intention,which is consistent with the conclusions of various researchers.According to the research results,this paper points out that H bank currently in human resources management problems,and further puts forward the way to improve grass-roots employees' organizational commitment,and reduce employee turnover intention at the grass-roots level,and look forward to H bank grass-roots staff's organizational commitment can be effectively improve,human resource management department can play a useful role.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,it points out the existingproblems in human resources management of H bank,and puts forward the corresponding effective and feasible improvement measures,and further puts forward the methods to improve the organizational commitment of the grass-roots employees,and then reduce the turnover intention of grass-roots employees,and expect that the organizational commitment of grass-roots employees of h bank can be effectively promoted,so that the turnover rate of enterprises is within a reasonable and controllable range,enabling human resources management to play a useful role.
