| The Internet era has changed the way people spend money.E-commerce industry relies on the Internet to be born,with banks as the intermediary,using electronic tools to engage in various business activities on the Internet.Although the e-commerce industry started late in China,it has developed rapidly,and e-commerce enterprises have sprung up.With the increasing popularity of the Internet,the development prospect of the e-commerce industry cannot be underestimated.Affected by the epidemic,the courier industry is restricted,and the e-commerce industry has been affected to a certain extent,but compared with other industries,the e-commerce industry is generally less affected,and many industries have developed online mode after the epidemic,so we can see that the future development of the e-commerce industry in the post-epidemic era has broad prospects.However,at the same time,the job satisfaction situation of employees in the e-commerce industry is not very satisfactory.As one of the former e-commerce giants in the e-commerce industry,Company S,after starting out in the home appliance industry,kept up with the Internet tide and became an e-commerce giant in the home appliance retail industry,and actively led the transformation and upgrading of China’s retail industry by entering the largest domestic online shopping platform and opening up online and offline channels.However,through the survey found that the job satisfaction of its internal staff is not high,especially with the company’s investment failure in recent years successive losses,resulting in a significant increase in the rate of employee turnover.Low employee job satisfaction will not only lead to low employee productivity,but also affect employee loyalty and thus increase their tendency to leave,affecting the stability of the company and the improvement of corporate efficiency.For employees,there are numerous factors that affect their job satisfaction and different ways of classification.In this paper,based on two-factor theory,we conduct research from two perspectives of motivational factors and health care factors to seek the reasons for low job satisfaction of employees.This paper adopts a questionnaire survey to conduct the research,taking Company S as the target of the survey and selecting the employees of its group subsidiaries to participate in the survey,and using SPSS and SPSSAU software to conduct a series of data analysis,including descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and difference analysis.Among the specific factors,growth and development,job recognition,salary and benefits,work environment and interpersonal relationship have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction,while the two factors of management and human care have no strong correlation.Marital status,working years and income level have significant differential effects on the five factors of job recognition,growth and development,working environment,salary and benefits and interpersonal relationship;while the nature of the position has differential effects on job recognition and interpersonal relationship.Therefore,based on the two-factor theory,this paper will put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects: growth and development mechanism,promotion channel,salary system,working environment and internal communication mechanism,hoping to provide some reference significance for the e-commerce industry to improve employees’ job satisfaction. |
