| With the continuous progress of economy and technology,the digital economy has gradually entered people’s lives,and it has developed rapidly and filled every aspect and every link of economy and society.The development of the digital economy has broken various barriers faced by traditional economies,and its deep integration with traditional industries has promoted the development of traditional industries.Currently,the digital economy has become an important component of global economic development,and countries have placed the construction and development of the digital economy in a very important position,and regarded it as a major driving force to enhance their core competitiveness.In recent years,China’s digital economy has also made great progress.Shandong Province ranks among the top three provinces in the country in terms of GDP,and its digital economy has also made significant progress.Shandong Province has 16prefecture-level cities,and the development status of the digital economy varies from city to city.Therefore,understanding the current development status of the digital economy and analyzing the current problems is of great practical significance for promoting the future development of the digital economy in Shandong Province.Through consulting,this article understands the latest research status of the digital economy,fully grasps the relevant concepts of the connotation of the digital economy,combs the indicator system constructed by many scholars when studying the digital economy,and finally creates an indicator system from the following five directions based on the development characteristics of Shandong Province: infrastructure,development environment,technological innovation,e-commerce,and digital inclusive finance,There are 4 secondary indicators under each primary indicator,totaling 20 secondary indicators.Due to the fact that the determination of indicator weights is a core step in comprehensive evaluation,the calculation process is very important and difficult.Based on the research object and research purpose,this article uses the multiplication synthesis normalization method in combination weighting to determine the weight of each indicator,in order to overcome the respective shortcomings of entropy method and AHP method and retain their respective advantages.In addition,it innovatively uses BP neural network to adjust the consistency of the judgment matrix in AHP method.In the comprehensive evaluation process,the actual development of the digital economy in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020 is analyzed through the comprehensive index evaluation method,and then the overall and five dimensional analysis of the development of the digital economy in the16 subordinate cities of Shandong Province is conducted.Finally,the spatial econometric model is used to analyze the development of the digital economy in depth,striving to explore the favorable factors for promoting the development of the digital economy in Shandong Province.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of digital economy in Shandong Province and the evaluation research,the research results show that the development of digital economy in various cities in Shandong Province has shown an upward trend from 2011 to 2020.Qingdao and Jinan have been in the top two cities for ten years.The development of digital economy in other regions except Qingdao and Jinan has been slow,and the evaluation scores of e-commerce dimension and technological innovation dimension are high,The evaluation score of digital inclusive finance dimension is the lowest,but the development of each region is the most balanced.The factors influencing the development of digital economy in Shandong Province are obviously positively correlated.The level of economic growth,the density of Internet broadband users,the upgrading of industrial structure,the level of residents’ wages and the level of human capital have a positive impact on the digital economy. |
