| In recent years,with the flourishing development of digital technologies such as big data and cloud computing,digital economy is becoming the key point to change the global competition pattern,reshape the global economic structure and restructure the global factor resources.Its development level has stimulated the development power of the technological industrial structure and technological transformation of the global economy and society,thus promoting the development of the economy.However,the development level of Henan’s digital economy is relatively weak,and there are a series of problems such as unreasonable structure of digital economy and incomplete statistical indicators.Therefore,it is necessary to correctly measure the development level of digital economy in Henan province,clarify its development law and current situation,explore the development level of digital economy in Henan province and its impact on economic development level through system construction and empirical modeling,and put forward specific suggestions and measures for difficulties in the process of digital economy development,so as to support the development of digital economy in Henan province.These studies have theoretical reference value for the government and competent departments to formulate industrial policies and have application value for the participants of the digital economy industry.First of all,this paper defines the research background and significance,sorts out the research content and literature related to digital economy and economic development,and analyzes the implementation mechanism of digital economy and economic development in Henan province.At the same time,the digital economy development status of Henan province is analyzed from five dimensions: digital infrastructure,digital economy innovation ability,digital industrialization,industrial digitization,digital economy development environment.Secondly,based on the digital economy data collected by Henan province from 2017 to 2021,a set of scientific comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy development is constructed by subject-objective weighting combined with analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,and Henan province is evaluated.Finally,in the empirical analysis part,using the stepwise regression in the linear model,the XGBoost in the nonlinear model and the random forest method to explore the influencing factors of the economic development of each city in Henan province,and find the main influencing dimensions.Through the analysis of the current situation of digital economy development in Henan province and the empirical research on the impact of digital economy on economic development,some conclusions are drawn: first,the overall development of digital economy in Henan province is on the rise,but the development gap between different cities is large;Secondly,the capacity of mobile phone exchange,Internet penetration rate,Internet broadband access users,the number of patent applications,local financial expenditure on education,the proportion of scientific research and technical service workers are the main factors restricting the economic development of Henan province.Third,digital infrastructure and digital economic innovation capability are important dimensions affecting the economic development of cities in Henan province.Finally,according to the above research results,some effective suggestions are put forward for the digital economy and the overall development of economy in Henan province. |
