Research On The Impact Of Stakeholder Integration Ability On Business Model Innovation

Due to the impact of the epidemic,the increase of global environmental volatility and uncertainty,the factors of uncertainty faced by enterprises are gradually increasing,and the spread of the epidemic has put countless enterprises in crisis.At present,business model innovation is an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage,which can enable enterprises to gain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development under the epidemic situation.The existing research on the positive role of stakeholder integration capability has just started,and it has not been clear how to use stakeholder integration capability to achieve business model innovation at the organizational level.As the ultimate embodiment of the commercial value of the integration ability of enterprise stakeholders,business model innovation is also the key means for enterprises to obtain core competitive advantages.Based on resource dependence,business ecosystem,and stakeholder theory,this study introduces resource bricolage into the relationship mechanism between stakeholder integration ability and business model innovation,and constructs a research model with resource bricolage as the intermediary.The environmental uncertainty is introduced into the relationship mechanism between stakeholder integration ability and resource bricolage,and a research model based on environmental uncertainty is constructed.Based on the questionnaire survey data of 238 enterprises,this paper uses hierarchical regression method and PRODCLIN program to compare the role of resource bricolage between stakeholder integration ability and business model innovation,and clarifies the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty between stakeholder integration ability and resource bricolage and the mediating effect between stakeholder integration ability and business model innovation,so as to reveal the internal mechanism of how stakeholder integration ability can better drive business model innovation.The results show that : The integration ability of stakeholders has a significant positive impact on business model innovation,the integration ability of stakeholders significantly enhances resource bricolage,and resource bricolage significantly enhances enterprise business model innovation.Resource bricolage plays an intermediary role between stakeholder integration ability and business model innovation.With the increase of environmental uncertainty,the positive impact of stakeholder integration ability on resource bricolage will be further strengthened.With the increase of environmental uncertainty,the mediating effect of resource bricolage is stronger.From the perspective of resource dependence,business ecosystem and stakeholder theory,this study expounds the impact of stakeholder integration ability on business model innovation,reveals the impact of stakeholder integration ability on resource bricolage in the context of environmental uncertainty,expands the research on the pre-impact of business model innovation,broadens the research on the outcome variables of stakeholder integration ability,which provides reference for the empirical research and innovation management practice of stakeholder integration ability and business model innovation.
