Research On The Relationship Of Resource Heterogeneity,Entrepreneurial Bricolage,and Business Model Innovation Of New Venture

Business model innovation has gradually become an important source of constructing and maintaining the sustained competitive advantage of start-up companies.According to this objective phenomenon,this paper researches the business model innovation and analyzes related theories.Based on resource-based theories and bricolage perspectives,this paper takes entrepreneurial enterprises as the research object.This paper examines the intrinsic mechanism of resource heterogeneity and entrepreneurial bricolage affecting business model innovation,and demonstrates the mediating effects of entrepreneurial bricolage on the relationship between different heterogeneous resource types and business model innovation.Based on combing and analyzing the current research status at home and abroad,this study defines the concept of venture resource heterogeneity,entrepreneurial bricolage,business model innovation,government support and entrepreneurial previous experience,and conduct the dimensional division of resource heterogeneity,government support and entrepreneurial previous experience.Secondly,exploring the complex relationships among variables,proposing research hypotheses and establishing an intermediary role model using entrepreneurial bricolage as intermediary variables,introducing government support and entrepreneurs' previous experience as moderating variables to construct the overall model of resource heterogeneity,entrepreneurial bricolage and business model innovation based on the intermediary role model.Based on 495 questionnaires,SPSS multiple linear regression was used to verify the hypotheses.Finally,based on the results of the study,management insights are drawn and suggestions for operability are proposed.The conclusions of this study mainly include: The heterogeneity of relationship resource and the heterogeneity of knowledge resources in startup companies both have significant positive impact on business model innovation;the heterogeneity of relationship resources and the heterogeneity of knowledge resources both have significant positive impact on entrepreneurial bricolage;entrepreneurial bricolage has a significant positive impact on business model innovation;entrepreneurial bricolageis a mediators between resource heterogeneity and business model innovation;government supports moderate the relationship between resource heterogeneity and entrepreneurial bricolage.but plays two different regulatory roles,and the governmentsupports positive moderate the relationship resource heterogeneity and entrepreneurship bricolage,and has little effect on the regulation of knowledge resource heterogeneity and entrepreneurship bricolage;entrepreneurs' previous experience is positively moderatingthe relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and business model innovation.
