| Financial asset management companies are professional institutions for resolving financial risks and an important part of the safety net of the national financial system.With the development of the current non-performing asset management industry and changes in the market economic environment,the business scope of financial asset management companies has been further expanded,which puts forward higher requirements for the company’s standardized operation.Non-performing asset acquisition business is the main business of financial asset management companies,as a branch of China Huarong in Qinghai Province,China Huarong Qinghai Branch has adopted a market expansion strategy since the launch of non-performing asset acquisition business in 2017,and has acquired non-performing assets with a total amount of more than 8 billion yuan in 5 years.These problems have had a negative impact on both profit generation and sound operation of the company.Based on the comprehensive risk management theory and financial risk management theory,this thesis takes the risk management of non-performing asset acquisition business of China Huarong Qinghai Branch as the research objective,and uses the second-hand data analysis method,Delphi method,risk matrix method and expert meeting method to carry out analysis and research.Firstly,according to the current situation of risk management of non-performing asset acquisition business of China Huarong Qinghai Branch,the current problems are summarized,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Secondly,the Delphi method is used to identify risks in each of the nine business stages of the non-performing asset acquisition business,and five types of risks are summarized.Thirdly,the expert meeting method and the risk matrix diagram method were used to evaluate the risk elements and risk types,and the risk elements and risk types were divided into three risk levels: high risk,medium risk and low risk.Then,specific risk control strategies are given for each of the five risk types.Finally,the corresponding implementation plan and safeguard measures are formulated in order to provide scientific guidance for China Huarong Qinghai Branch to carry out non-performing asset acquisition business in the future.The results show that,this thesis identifies a total of 38 risk elements for the risk identification of the non-performing asset acquisition business of China Huarong Qinghai Branch,which are summarized into five types of risks,analyzes 3 high risks,14 medium risks and 21 low risks through risk evaluation,and formulates risk management strategies for each risk type.Provide assistance and support for optimizing the operability of risk management strategies,and ultimately help the company effectively enhance its core competitiveness and achieve the development goal of long-term and stable operation. |
