| Since the government advocated "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",China’s new startups have gradually become an important force in promoting social development and economic progress.Social enterprises,born out of social entrepreneurship,have become an important driving force for social development and change due to their dual characteristics of marketization and sociality.Social entrepreneurship is a new form of entrepreneurship that balances the dual values of "society economy",and has become popular globally due to its significant achievements in solving global social problems.The microcredit concept pioneered by Indian social entrepreneur Yunus has been implemented in over 100 countries worldwide,and Yunus has also won the Nobel Peace Prize for helping the people of Bangladesh overcome poverty.At present,in a dynamic and complex environment,social entrepreneurship has become an indispensable driving force for promoting regional development and social change.The research in this article is based on existing theoretical literature both domestically and internationally.After reviewing the concepts and theories related to social entrepreneurship,the process of social entrepreneurship,and research on entrepreneurial resources,the concept of parallel games is introduced to construct a preliminary research framework.Based on the nature of the research question,this article adopts a case study method and selects cases through theoretical sampling.Firstly,collect and organize first-hand and second-hand data for the selected cases to form a case study database,which serves as a basis for intra case analysis and comparative analysis of dual cases.Then,based on the case analysis results,extract and summarize the common characteristics of resource acquisition in the process of social entrepreneurship,and propose propositions.Finally,a theoretical model based on "process resources" is constructed.By reviewing literature and analyzing case companies,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The main resource acquisition strategies adopted in each stage of the social entrepreneurship process are similar to the characteristics of parallel games,with self focusing in the opportunity recognition stage and adopting a strategy of resource pooling at hand;Practice and explore in the opportunity development stage,adopting a resource seeking strategy of building legitimacy;Pause reflection during the growth stage of the enterprise and adopt innovative resource screening strategies.(2)In the process of social entrepreneurship,resource acquisition strategies and corporate capabilities are mutually matched and synergistically evolving,presenting a dynamic spiral upward trend.(3)The dynamic nature of the external environment for social entrepreneurship provides opportunities and impetus for enterprise development,mainly in terms of external policy environment and market demand environment.The research conclusion of this article deepens and extends the relevant literature on the process of social entrepreneurship,and summarizes the evolution path of resource acquisition strategies for social enterprises as the process of social entrepreneurship advances based on previous studies.At the same time,the model constructed in this article reflects the multi-stage nature of resource acquisition in the process of social entrepreneurship,and the research results have practical guidance significance for social enterprises on how to effectively acquire and utilize resources and solve resource problems. |
