Case Studies On Entrepreneurship And Growth Of HM Company

Entrepreneurship is an important engine of global economic development. Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in economic development, entrepreneurial activity sponsored by the private enterprises have made great contributions.Because adapted to environmental conditions, so the newly created private enterprises gained entrepreneurial success and growth. Meanwhile, there may be many reasons, so that new ventures suffered setbacks or even failure. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the typical case in the history of entrepreneurship and growth of a private enterprise, identify the specific reasons for its success or failure, sum up experience and lessons for the establishment and development of private enterprises and provide some valuable reference theoretical basis and management methods.In this paper, I used the case on entrepreneurship and growth of HM company as the object of study, based on the facts, used field research, interviews, case studies approach, the use of systems thinking and theory with practice, explored the root cause of the case and drawn the corresponding conclusions and management revolution proposals. According to the research needs, the paper chose entrepreneurship, management, organizational behavior, human resource management and other related theories as a support, to analyze and solve the problems described in the case.By case studies on entrepreneurship and growth of HM company through a combination of a series of theories, the conclusions are as follows:the entrepreneur play a decisive role in private enterprises’s entrepreneurship and growth. Specifically, the reasons of HM company’s initial venture success are:the entrepreneur possess the typical characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, he seized the business opportunity, and integrated business resources required. HM company suffered setbacks in its growth mainly due to the traditional family management system and cultural constraints, followed by internal management constraints, external environmental factors have a smaller impact.The management revolution proposals on HM company’s issues mentioned in this paper, Not only I hope to help HM company’s future development, but also to provide reference for other private enterprises and managers.
