Under the background of accelerating global economic integration and rapid economic development,the domestic dairy market is also in a critical period of deepening reform and transformation.The new development pattern puts forward higher requirements for talents and innovation,and the main force of employment is gradually being replaced by the new generation of employees,which has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to better tap the work potential of the new generation of employees,it is particularly important to respect and pay attention to them and improve their work happiness.Improving the happiness of the new generation of employees can not only improve their work efficiency,but also help enterprises attract talents,thus laying a good foundation for their sustainable development.This paper aims to explore the current situation and influencing factors of the new generation of employees’ happiness at work in J Company,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.Specifically speaking: First,the research background and significance of this paper are clarified.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing relevant literature and theories of happiness at work at home and abroad,the paper defines the concept of happiness at work and the new generation of employees,and expounds related theoretical contents such as equity theory and JDR model.Secondly,based on the interviews of 32 new generation employees in J company,five key factors affecting the happiness of work of new generation employees in J Company are summarized,which are organizational justice,job resources,job requirements,person-job matching and work-family conflict,providing practical basis for subsequent theoretical and empirical research.Then,descriptive statistics and demographic difference analysis are carried out on 312 valid questionnaires collected.The results show that the overall satisfaction of J Company is above the average level,most new generation employees in the company have a high sense of work happiness,and the work happiness of new generation employees in J Company has obvious differences in gender,age,working years,educational background and other aspects.Next,an empirical study is conducted on the influencing factors of the new generation of employees’ happiness at work in Company J.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data,the influence of various influencing factors on the happiness at work of the new generation of employees is verified.The research results show that organizational justice,job resources and person-job matching have a positive impact on the happiness at work of the new generation of employees.Job demands and work-family conflicts have negative effects on the new generation of employees’ happiness at work.Finally,based on the above analysis results,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the happiness at work of the new generation of employees in J Company according to the causes of the problems,aiming at encouraging and cultivating the young generation,so that they can have a good working experience in the company,reduce the dimission phenomenon and achieve long-term development in the company. |
