As the growth rate of the insurance industry slows down,insurance companies are increasingly focusing on high-net-worth customers,establishing high net worth client service brands and actively pursuing service innovation.Taikang Insurance,as the current leader in high net worth customers,combines the current status and advantages of the company’s medical care,asset management,and large health management,continuously improves its ability to serve high net worth clients,forms effective innovation strategies,and ensures the company’s sustained and stable development.This article takes Taikang’s high net worth client experience service demand and its innovation as the research object,based on relevant theoretical foundations such as four-dimensional service innovation and customer satisfaction theory,and experiential marketing theory.Based on the actual service status of high net worth customers of the company and its peers,research methods such as interviews and questionnaire surveys are used to identify Taikang’s shortcomings in service concepts,service interfaces,service delivery,and technology application,and to propose optimization strategies for different dimensions of service innovation.Combined with Taikang’s actual situation,this article proposes to improve and transform the service brand for high net worth clients,strengthen the promotion of the service brand,and focus on creating comprehensive health management services and diversified elderly life services for high net worth clients.From the perspective of wealth management,attention is paid to meeting the different needs of individual wealth management,while innovating services based on the service demands of high-net-worth clients’ families,businesses,and society attributes.Continuously improve and optimize the service team’s organizational structure,attach importance to competency planning and high net worth client community building,provide more personalized services for high-net-worth clients based on standardized services,propose to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure capabilities,and enhance the service software platform based on experiential analysis.Valuable medical,nursing,and elderly care equipment hardware is introduced,and the corresponding experiential management system software platform and functional construction are continuously improved.To ensure the implementation of innovation strategies,this paper formulates relevant security measures from the perspectives of the company’s service concept promotion and mobilization,service capability and honor system construction,innovative technology guarantee,innovative management platform construction,and external cooperation agency guarantee.Based on Taikang Insurance’s current high net worth client service status,this article proposes suitable experiential service innovation strategies,and the research conclusion provides a reference for the company’s high net worth client service innovation and has practical significance.It provides research support for service innovation for the company and reference for service innovation of high-net-worth clients in the same industry.
