With the popularity of 5G,we have entered an intelligent era where everything is connected.From the initial personal wearable hardware such as smart bracelets and smart watches,to the comprehensive coverage of shared bicycles in cities,to today’s smart cities,industrial Internet,smart homes,and the Internet of Vehicles,the application of the Io T is in full bloom,covering almost all walks of life.At the same time,technologies related to the Io T,such as chips,modules,operating systems,and management platforms,are developing rapidly.In addition,rapid breakthroughs and developments in cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence have enabled the development of the Io T in multiple directions.Although the development of Io T technology is very rapid,the entire industry is still in the junior high school stage of development,and there is still much room for future development and many uncertainties.Z is a technology company with an operator background in China.In the context of the parent company’s deployment of future development strategies for the Io T,Z’s main business focus is on the research and development of operating system products for the Io T.The Io T operating system is currently in the early stages of development,and there is a high degree of uncertainty in the international situation,technology iterations,market trends,management environment,and other aspects.How to deploy resources in this highly uncertain environment is an important challenge for Z’s development strategy formulation.Thesis first systematically analyzes the external environment,internal resources,and capabilities of Z in developing the Io T operating system.On this basis,using scenario planning methods,and through systematic analysis of uncertain factors,it constructs the main scenarios that may occur in the future development of the Io T operating system,and predicts the main scenarios by identifying and judging early signals,To dynamically evaluate and adjust the development strategy of Z’s Io T operating system in real time.To cope with the high uncertainty of technology and industry development,and ensure the flexibility of Z’s strategic implementation of the Io T operating system.Thesis can use scenario planning methods to infer the future development direction and scenarios of Io T operating systems,thereby guiding Z in formulating suitable Io T operating system development strategies,and also providing theoretical reference for the development of the Io T operating system industry.
