Study On Dynamic Land Use Planning

Land is the most basic and the most valuable resources, is the conditions that human can not transferfor survival and reproduction from generation to generation, is also a non-renewable resource. In order toreasonably coordinate and balance the relationship between supply and demand of land resources, land-useplanning merges. Land-use planning based on a comprehensive evaluation of land and analysis of land use,considering economic and social conditions, in order to make the best choices of land-use. Aims to adapt topeople’s needs better, and ensure the use of resources in the future.At present, China is in the stage of the rapid industrialization and urbanization development, theproblems of resources, environment and development is very prominent, which put forward higherrequirements for land-use planning as a policy tool. At present, China’s third round of land-use planning hasbeen implemented for some time, made a lot of achievements but also exposed many problems at the sametime, such as the plan’s ability to cope with change conditions, Issued planning indicators are notreasonable enough. In this paper, on the basis of comprehensive exposition and analysis of land useplanning, and the classification of the current knowledge of this field, against to these issues for the thirdround of land-use planning, we propose to bring the dynamic factors into land use planning which relatedto national and social development.In this paper, we use the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the combination oftheoretical research and empirical research combining mathematical model, propose assessment of therelevant planning regional land use planning at the appropriate time, study whether the actual currentsocio-economic conditions of the planning area and the original plan match, analysis original planning can adapt to the current economic trends of the planning area or not, to determine the reasonableness, and makechanges to the original plan based on the assessment results.This article mainly includes the following five parts.The first chapter is the introduction. Firstly showed the research background, expounds thesignificance of this study, the main content of the paper, the structure and technical routes were specifically,lists the main research methods used in this paper, and research progress at home and abroad to make adetailed analysis of.The second chapter is the planning theory of dynamic land use. Introduces the land use planning anddynamic of land use planning concept, and specifically the theory bases of this paper are described.The third chapter is the dynamic of land use planning process. The dynamic of land use planningmethod to evaluate and modify the includes two aspects, the third chapter of the regular assessment of landuse planning purposes, principles, contents, procedures and assessment of land use planning methods, andaccording to the result of evaluation of land use planning, how to timely modify.The fourth chapter is the case study on the dynamic of land use planning. By using the actual data ofland of specific data collection of land use planning in Yan Ling County of the third and the area in2009,with the dynamic of land use planning method for dynamic study of it, and puts forward appropriateamendments.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper. Summarizes the main conclusions of thisstudy and innovation, and a reflection of some shortcomings of the dissertation.
