| The cognition that enterprises should take the social responsibility has reached a consensus.As important stakeholders in an enterprise,employees are the main characters who do their duty of internal social responsibilities.The level of their commitment to the enterprises is not only related to the overall performance of the enterprise,but also related to the long-term development of it,and more related to the interests of other stakeholders in it.But there are some common problems in Chinese private enterprises,such as working overtime seriouly,not caring enough about employees,breaching the laws of labour and so on.The reflection of staff is prominent.Whether from the tactics of the development of the enterprise,or from the perspective of sustainable development,Chinese private enterprises should change the concept of operation management and pay more attention to enterprise’s internal social responsibility.Our study takes XY Company,a private enterprise in Chengdu,as an example,to study the internal social responsibility of XY private enterprises by using questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,literature research and other methods.Through the questionnaire survey of all employees,and the in-depth interview of some managers and workers at production line,the problems existing in XY private enterprises in the fulfillment of internal social responsibility,and the causes of the problems were deeply investigated.Through the research,it is found that XY private enterprises mainly have problems in carrying out the internal social responsibility,such as not caring enough about employees,poor production conditions,low quality of training and learning,less attention to employees’ career growth and lack of effective communication mechanism.The reasons of these problems mainly focus on recognizing and understanding of internal social responsibility are not enough,the mechanism of corporate internal social responsibility is not perfect,the labor union organization not make its required effect,the staff management is not humanized.In view of the problems found and the causes of the them,this passage proposes to improve the cognition and awareness of corporate social responsibility comprehensively,establish and perfect the system of corporate internal social responsibility,trade union organizations play a part in protect the democratic rights of employees,do well in employee care and other optimization suggestions.In order to provide useful reference and suggestion for XY private enterprises,as well as the same type of private enterprises,in the optimization of enterprise internal social responsibility management. |
