With the gradual development of fintech, supply chain fintech platforms have emerged. At present, supply chain financial technology platforms mainly include three types: commercial bank led, core enterprise led,and third-party technology enterprise led.At present, most of the relevant literature focuses on the study of individual platform cases, lacking a perspective on examining platforms from the perspective of business models and service capacity,as well as comparative research on the differences in platform business models and service capacity under the leadership of different entities. Therefore, this article intends to use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method based on business model theory, business model evaluation theory, and service capacity evaluation theory to compare and analyze the business models and service capacity of supply chain fintech platforms under the leadership of three entities from both qualitative and quantitative aspects, and obtain the conclusion of ranking the three types of platforms. In terms of content arrangement, firstly, qualitative analysis and comparison are conducted on the business models and service capacity of different supply chain finance platforms;Secondly, establish an evaluation system for the business model and service capacity of the supply chain financial technology platform, and quantitatively evaluate the business model and service capacity of different platforms based on questionnaire survey data and Analytic Hierarchy Process; Finally, roughly analyze the reasons for the differences in service capacity among different platforms. The conclusion includes:(1)supply chain finance technology platforms led by different entities can provide supply chain finance solutions and services for small and medium-sized enterprises, broaden their financing options on the supply chain, and effectively reduce the financing costs of small and medium-sized enterprises;(2)The business models led by different entities have their own advantages and disadvantages, and their service capacity also varies;(3)The quantitative results based on questionnaire data and Analytic Hierarchy Process indicate that the supply chain fintech platform led by core enterprises performs relatively well in terms of business model and service capacity. |
