| As the mainstay of the national economy,manufacturing is an important indicator for measuring the comprehensive strength of a country.The lack of effective demand has caused a string of problems,for example,overcapacity,unbalanced distribution,and low added-value,which causes the mismatch between the supply and the rapidly developing consumption structure.With the development of technologies such as the Internet and smart devices,the manufacturing industry urgently needs to make full use of the existing technological development achievements to carry out transformation and upgrading.One of the ways is to use the manufacturing capacity sharing platform to realize the manufacturing capacity sharing and realize full utilization of the production resources,in order to improve the competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry.In the context of sharing economy,more and more products and services have realized the separation of property rights and usage rights and entered the shared market.Based on the sharing economy and the transformation of China’s manufacturing industry,this dissertation constructs a dynamic decision-making system for one-,twoand three-echelon capacity-sharing supply chains,analyzes the equilibrium outcomes of dynamic decision-making system and applies chaos theory to study the stability of equilibrium outcomes.Specifically,the innovations and conclusions of this dissertation are as follows:1.This dissertation considers a loss-sensitive capacity-demand-side manufacturer who determines the capacity demand facing uncertain market demand.It is found that the more sensitive to loss,the lower the order for capacity,and the more likely it is to cause system instability.The dissertation also studies the situation of multi-vendor competition and compares the influence of different adjustment rules on the stability of the system.It is found that the adjustment parameters of the adaptive adjustment rule do not affect the stability of the system.2.From the perspective of the supply-side with idle manufacturing capacity,this dissertation analyzes the optimal pricing strategy of the supply-sides in prosperity and decline duopoly markets,and analyzes the impact of uncertain demand on the stability of the equilibrium solutions.It finds that the decision maker should be more careful adjusting its decision in peak season than off season.The chaos control method for the unstable market is also given in this dissertation.3.This dissertation analyzes the cooperation and competition behavior between the supply-and demand-side of the manufacturing capacity.Considering the different power structures of the supply chain,this dissertation proposes the static game and the Stackelberg game between the manufacturers and compares the results.The capacity seller will adjust its priority between competitive market and cooperative market according to the change of its market share.From the perspective of the capacity demandside,it is proved that the improvement of the positions of power will increase its profit,but cause a poor stability of the system.4.The dissertation considers a three-echelon supply chain system consisting of both supply-and demand-side and capacity sharing platforms.Through the three-stage dynamic game,the dissertation analyzes the impact of different policies made by a platform on the manufacturers,finds that when the platform provides subsidies,it has a good promotion effect on the capacity sharing behavior.This dissertation studies the long-term operational strategy of the platform and finds the equilibrium strategy of all the supply chain members,and analyzes the stability of the strategy,which provides theoretical and practical guidance for building a stable and long-lasting capacity sharing supply chain system. |
