Research On Counter Operation Risk Management In A Branch Of Bank C Based On Questionnaire

With China’s reform and opening up,accession to the WTO and a series of other measures to join in international integration,China’s economic development has continued to grow,and banking financial institutions have also achieved great development during this period.Along with the economic development,a series of problems have been gradually exposed.In recent years,problems with operational risk management have led to frequent bank risk events,many of which are large-scale malignant events that bring asset losses to banks while causing negative public opinion impact,affecting the reputation of banks and leading to huge losses for banks.Under such circumstances,the construction of banks’ operational risk management system becomes particularly important.This Thesis mainly adopts literature study and questionnaire survey as the method to analyze the manifestation of counter operational risk in domestic and foreign commercial banks.The comprehensive risk management theory is studied,together with the designation issued by China ’s banking management department to give the content of operational risk in banks.Summarize the management methods for different stages of counter operational risk.After that,Branch G of Bank C is selected as the research object.The bank’s organizational structure,operational risk management framework,and actual working situation are studied and analyzed,and the practical problems are summarized in terms of recognition,survey,surveillance,and handling,respectively.Based on the counter operational risk management,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and suggestions for optimization are made to address the causes of the problems.This Thesis is aim to recede the probability of frequency of counter operational risk in Branch G of Bank C and increase its counter operational risk management level through the study of Branch G.And to provide partial reference to these institutions...
