| The concept of learning organization originated from the West.This concept does not refer to a single model.Learning organization is a formal attitude or an idea about the interaction between an overall organization and its employees.It needs to think about and re-plan the organization or enterprise with the way of thinking.Problem solving is the most basic value of a learning organization.Compared with the traditional organizational change,the meaning of a learning organization is efficiency first.The bank is a very important institution that manages the security of public property.This special nature puts forward high requirements for bank staff.Globally,the technological revolution led by big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,blockchain and mobile internet has profoundly impacted and changed the traditional financial industry.Looking at the domestic market,Bank MB is facing great pressure from diversified competition in different industries.The operation center of Bank MB is also facing multiple challenges such as shrinking traditional business,online transformation,digital transformation and development,so it is also necessary to create a learning organization.This paper first uses the theoretical basis and theoretical model of learning organization to elaborate the construction of learning organization in Bank MB’s operation center.Introduce the connotation,characteristics and functions of learning organizations,as well as the theoretical models of learning organization construction at home and abroad,as well as the relevant research literature at home and abroad to provide reference and theoretical basis for exploring the path of building learning organizations in Bank MB’s operation center;Then take Bank MB’s operation center as the research object,go deep into the bank,and summarize the problems of building a learning organization in Bank MB’s operation center on the basis of studying and analyzing the current situation of organizational structure,leadership style,functional system and working atmosphere.Make a further analysis on the necessity and feasibility of building a learning organization in the operation center of Bank MB;Finally,according to the current situation of Bank MB’s operation center and the existing problems in building a learning organization,this paper discusses the learning strategy,key points and detailed rules of building a learning organization in Bank MB’s operation center.Based on the current situation and problems of the operation center of Bank MB,it is proposed to systematically think about the development direction of the organization,define the leadership function with a common vision,improve the mechanism to achieve self-transcendence,create an atmosphere to improve the mental model,and strengthen the spirit of cooperation with each other.It also proposes to build an organizational learning system,realize efficient management and confidence sharing,guarantee capital investment,update management concepts and other security measures,give full play to the role of learning organization creation in realizing the sustainable development of Bank MB’s operation center in the transformation period of the information and digital era,and at the same time can accumulate experience in building learning organizations in the banking industry. |
