Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of XA Listed Companies Based On Entropy Value Method

In 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the dual carbon goal for the first time.With the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in early 2020,the energy industry has undergone a series of changes under the influence of the epidemic.In such an external environment,XA Company faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.After 33 years of operation and development,XA had some problems: rigid organizational structure,slow strategic response,and financial problems.Since 2015,XA Company has carried out organizational changes,and proposed a new corporate development strategy.However,due to the turbulent development of the industry in recent years and the intensification of market competition,there are opportunities and challenges in the development of the company,and the financial situation is facing certain problems.This paper selects the financial data of XA Company for a total of 10 years from 2012 to2021,Through the introduction of the company’s current financial status,And some problems are found by using index trend analysis.And analyzes the financial indicators of the four basic capabilities of XA Enterprise’s finance,namely solvency,profitability,operating ability and development ability.The evaluation of traditional financial performance indicators is mostly based on four aspects,while ignoring the characteristics of industry and company.In order to study the operating conditions of XA Company more comprehensively,this paper introduces other key indicators-cash for comprehensive analysis when constructing a financial performance evaluation system.The financial performance evaluation system of XA company is constructed on the basis of related research,after processing the financial data,the weight value of each selected index is determined by entropy method,calculate the annual evaluation value of the financial capacity of the enterprise,on this basis,the longitudinal analysis is carried out,the deep-seated reasons affecting XA company’s performance are put forward;Select 12 sample enterprises in the same industry,the same data is processed by entropy method,determine the weights for horizontal analysis,Through the combination of vertical analysis and horizontal analysis,the comprehensive reasons affecting XA company’s financial performance are finally determined.According to the main reasons affecting the change of XA company’s financial performance,put forward targeted improvement suggestions.hoped that it can help XA Company solve the current financial performance problem and promote the further development of the company...
