But’one Corporation Financial Performance Evaluation Analysis Based On Factor Analysis Method

Education listed companies refer to listed companies that mainly engage in educational related commercial activities.These companies can bring certain marketization,specialization and internationalization effects to the education industry,and promote the innovation and development of the education industry.In terms of performance evaluation of educational listed companies,existing research mainly adopts traditional financial performance evaluation methods,including financial ratio analysis,financial statement analysis,capital budget analysis,etc.These methods have some shortcomings,such as complex calculations,narrow evaluation perspectives,and low flexibility.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce more comprehensive,objective,and scientific financial performance evaluation methods to make the evaluation of financial performance more accurate.This article uses a combination of factor analysis and entropy method to construct a comprehensive financial performance evaluation system suitable for the education industry,using the financial indicators of the annual reports of 38 listed education companies in 2021 as data.This can effectively avoid the impact of single indicators or factors on the evaluation results,making the evaluation results more accurate and reliable.Based on the principle of selecting evaluation indicators,this article selects five overall evaluation indicators: profitability,growth ability,capital structure,cash flow quality,and debt paying ability.A total of 35 detailed indicators were selected under each overall evaluation indicator,and multiple detailed indicators under each overall evaluation indicator were calculated using factor analysis method.Multiple detailed indicators in each overall evaluation indicator were reduced to 2-3 component factors,Then,the weight of each principal component factor was determined using the entropy method,and a comprehensive financial performance evaluation system was constructed.Based on the comprehensive financial performance evaluation system,this article takes the financial indicators of 38 education listed companies in 2021(horizontal comparison)and the annual financial indicators of But’one Corporation from 2012 to 2021(vertical comparison)as research perspectives,and uses SPSS measurement software to rank the financial indicators comprehensively,obtaining and analyzing the comprehensive evaluation results.Finally,based on the evaluation results,analyze the specific items and proportions in the financial statements,identify the operating problems of But’one Group from 35 detailed indicators in the past decade,and propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The research results indicate that in 2021,But’one Group ranked 9th among 38 educational enterprises of the same type,ranking in the middle and upper reaches.Its profitability,growth ability,and cash flow quality were among the top in the same industry,while its capital structure and debt repayment ability were in the middle and lower reaches of the same industry,which is an area that But’one Group should improve and strengthen.This article compares the detailed indicators horizontally and vertically,and finds that But’one Corporation mainly has problems such as lack of short-term debt repayment ability,insufficient management ability and marketing strategy,and unreasonable equity structure.Broadcom shares need to improve their own financial strategic performance and enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise by improving the current ratio and quick ratio to enhance the solvency,strengthen marketing and management capabilities,optimize the equity structure,strengthen financial management,strengthen technological innovation and other ways.The research results of this article have certain reference value for the management and operation of But’one Corporation and also provide reference for the development of educational listed companies.
