In the twenty-first century, human resource, the most critical matter, manifests extremely its value especially in the Manufacturing enterprises. Enterprises motivate skilled workers the most fundamental right and the aim is to inspire the work of power-skilled workers, increasing their satisfaction, so that they can achieve organizational goals to meet their own needs at the same time, so their enthusiasm and creativity to continue to maintain and carry forward the continue, enterprises and individuals eventually achieve a win-win situation. With the development of society, the needs of people in the ever-changing, encouraging constant innovation is required. Therefore, how to set up, develop and motivate the use of skilled workers has become the model of modern manufacturing enterprises are facing a very important question.In accordance with a questionnaire survey of the status quo for its skilled workers in LULUTONG company, we found out the the skilled workers Remuneration system, performance appraisal, career current defaults occurred in wage development and training. In the face of these problems, making use Career theory and motivation theory as taking into account skilled workers' demand characteristics; we design the project of the motivation mechanism for the skilled workers. Designed from the material incentive system of incentives and non-material aspects of the two incentives.As to skilled workers of the LULUTONG company, the program of motivation mechanism is mostly including a prefect performance appraisal system, adjusts salary structure and increased welfare from the options eyes and implement management of occupation, the occupation career train etc. Such programs in the entire design process makes the material incentives and non-material incentives have been combined. Hope that this incentive program for skilled workers can be effective and long-term incentives.
