With the gradual development of China’s economy,the industry competition is more fierce,And the market competition of catering enterprises is more obvious.And in recent years by the influence of covid-19,so catering enterprises more difficult to operate.The algorithm based on intelligent association on the Internet can choose preferred characteristics and pay attention to frequency according to browsing habits to increase the network income of catering enterprises and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.In addition,due to the convenience and isolation of the Internet,coupled with the COVID-19 epidemic in recent years,online ordering has gradually become one of the main sources of income for small And medium-sized catering enterprises.At the same time,"The explosion of Zibo Barbecue" also confirms that Internet short videos And other we-media also play an important role in the development of catering companies,reducing the company’s marketing cost and enterprise expenditure.Therefore,this thesis discusses how to carry out cost control with the help of the Internet in the post-epidemic era to achieve more and more prosperous development of small and medium-sized catering enterprises.Cost control refers to the management behavior of enterprises in the process of production And operation,setting up cost control objectives,through planning and adjusting the elements of cost,correcting the deviation in time,and ensuring the realization of cost management objectives.It is the basic condition for enterprises to succeed in the market.But the cost is not simply to reduce the cost,but need a scientific cost control system,improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise,and provide the direction of the right decision.Combined with the theory of cost control,this thesis introduces the influence of the Internet on the cost of catering enterprises.It analyzes the cost composition,target method,cost control principle and operating characteristics of small and medium-sized catering enterprises under the background of the Internet.Taking a catering company as an example,this thesis describes the current situation of cost control and finds out the problems in the cost control of a catering company.Combined with the Internet background,targeted rectification measures are proposed,and a set of cost control process of Internet catering company is designed to help a catering company reduce costs,improve production efficiency,achieve long-term development of the company,and provide a case study on cost control of small and medium-sized catering enterprises under the background of the Internet.
