Research On Food Safety Risk And Supervision Coutermeasures In R Region

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made important strategic arrangements for food safety,so that people can eat at ease.According to the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping: use the most rigorous standards,the strictest supervision,the most severe punishment,and the most serious accountability to ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the masses.Risks are everywhere.In order to keep the people’s food safety,only by reducing food safety risks can we really reduce the occurrence of food safety events.Firstly,this paper puts forward the concepts related to food safety risk supervision and the theory of market failure and public participation related to food safety risk supervision,analyzes the factors affecting food safety,and introduces the food safety risk supervision system;Secondly,it introduces the current situation of food safety risk in R county.Combined with 143 food safety events in R County in recent three years,it finds out the problems of food safety risk supervision in R county and analyzes the causes of the problems;Finally,take the food safety events in R County for risk identification and early warning,and put forward suggestions on food safety risk supervision in R county according to the identified risks,existing problems and reasons.Through the empirical analysis of 143 food safety events in R county from 2019 to2021,this paper concludes that the most important link of food safety events in R county appears in the "circulation link",followed by the "processing link" and "production link".After analyzing each link,it is found that the current problems of food safety supervision in R County in terms of supervision subjects,supervision modes and supervision responsibilities: superficial supervision,insufficient supervision force,single supervision mode,backward supervision mode,lack of departmental cooperation,function The division of responsibilities is unclear.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,the risk matrix is introduced to obtain the risk projects that need key prevention and control,and put forward suggestions for the improvement of food safety risk supervision of R County,and provide reference for food safety managers on policy formulation,resource allocation,supervision methods,etc.,so it has strong theoretical and practical significance.
