Last several years,with the developing of Internet information technology,the online meal ordering industry ushered in a period of rapid development,the number of businesses,transaction scale,commodity types and the number of users are rising year by year,this convenient and fast new dining way is favored by more and more people,the online meal ordering industry is booming.But like online shopping,online reservation industry is relying on the Internet as the medium,thus also exists because of the concealment of the Internet brings the problems such as information asymmetry,the merchants pictures and objects from hand,business licenses,merchants food processing conditions,fictional problems such as the frequent business address,These problems affect consumers’ dining experience,and are not conducive to consumers’ health.With the rapid development of this new dining mode,the traditional supervision system and concept of the catering industry appear to be in a tight position.Order a meal at the same time,the network of associations in the traditional food industry businesses,consumers and regulatory agencies on the three new third-party platform,regulatory object more diversified,plus trading into line by line,the network order food safety issues facing more regulatory difficulties,the requirement to the regulatory body is more demanding.Therefore,regulatory bodies should change their thinking and explore new ways of supervision.In addition to imposing strict requirements on merchants,they should not ignore the constraints on third-party platforms.Third-party platforms should also be responsible for the supervision of businesses,effectively protect people’s food safety,and promote the rapid and healthy development of online food ordering industry.Taking the online ordering food safety supervision in Leshan district A as the research object,this paper describes and expounds the relevant concepts and basic theoretical system of online ordering food quality supervision and management,analyzes the overall situation of online ordering food safety supervision in China and the current situation of online ordering food safety supervision in Leshan District A,Through the field investigation in the form of questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of online ordering food safety supervision in Leshan district A,and finds that the problems existing in the online ordering food safety supervision in this district include loopholes in the market access link,difficult supervision in the production link,inadequate supervision in the distribution link and lack of effective cooperation with the third-party platform,and analyzes the causes of the problems,Including the lack of regulatory power,many links and poor information transmission,the development of market supervision information technology of government departments is relatively backward,and there is no efficient market supervision operation mechanism.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: first,strengthen market access supervision,second,encourage multiple subjects to participate in supervision,third,strengthen the construction of supervisors,and fourth,give full play to the role of third-party platform.
