The Impact Of Intelligence On The Upgrading Of Manufacturing Structure

In recent years.the rapid development of Internet technology in China has continuously promoted the integration of intelligent technology and manufacturing industry.The intelligent technology of manufacturing industry has made breakthrough progress and continuously injected impetus into China’s economic growth.From the supply side.the development mode of China’s manufacturing industry relying on low-cost labor advantages has been difficult to sustain.In the context of intelligence.the requirements for the speed of technological progress have gradually increased.which has prompted more high-quality talents to enter the manufacturing industry.The overall technological innovation level of the manufacturing industry has improved to promote the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.From the demand side.in the context of intelligence.inefficient enterprises have been eliminated.efficient enterprises have developed rapidly.the level of overall social economic benefits has been improved.and the improvement of social consumption demand structure has promoted the upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure.Therefore.intelligence is of great significance to the upgrading of manufacturing industry.In order to more scientifically and accurately analyze the impact of intelligence on China’s manufacturing industry.this paper mainly focuses on the following three core issues: First.will intelligence have an impact on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure? Second.is there any heterogeneity in the impact of intelligence on the upgrading of manufacturing structure in the east.middle and west regions? Third.what is the path of intelligentization affecting the upgrading of manufacturing structure? Does labor employment and labor income have a dual intermediary effect in the path of intelligent impact on the upgrading of manufacturing structure?The main research contents and viewpoints are as follows:First.the mechanism analysis of intelligent driving the upgrading of manufacturing industry structure.First of all.through the general equilibrium theory.the mathematical model is built to illustrate that intelligence can drive the upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure.Secondly.based on the intelligent penetration effect and boundary extension effect of intelligence.the mechanism of intelligent driving the upgrading of manufacturing industry structure is analyzed.The intelligent penetration effect has significantly improved the economic benefits of the manufacturing industry.Enterprises have invested more resources in technological innovation.developed high-end manufacturing.and upgraded the structure of the manufacturing industry.The boundary extension effect makes the upper and lower boundaries of work tasks move up.the middle and low-end manufacturing shift to high-end manufacturing.and the manufacturing structure upgrade.Second.the mechanism analysis of the dual intermediary effect of labor.From the supply side and demand side.this paper introduces labor employment and labor income to test the intermediary effect of intelligence on the upgrading of manufacturing structure.First of all.through the total demand total supply model.verify the labor income path of the impact of intelligence on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure.Intelligentization enables the economy to achieve new growth.the level of labor income to be improved.and the level of demand structure to be improved.thereby promoting the level of production structure and the upgrading of manufacturing structure.Secondly.through the introduction of Lucas human capital model.verify the labor employment path of the impact of intelligence on the upgrading of manufacturing structure.The improvement of intelligent level has spawned more high-end technology industries.more highly skilled labor has entered the manufacturing industry.technology has been constantly innovated.high-end industries have been constantly developed.and the manufacturing structure has been upgraded.Third.the metrological inspection that intelligently promotes the upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure.In this paper.26 provinces from 2010 to 2019 are taken as samples.and 11 measurement indicators are introduced from the three aspects of intelligent basis.intelligent technology and intelligent results.The intelligent development level index is measured by entropy method.The measured intelligent development level index is taken as the core explanatory variable.the ratio of high-end manufacturing output value to mid end manufacturing output value is taken as the explanatory variable.and the labor income level and labor employment level are used as intermediary variables.First of all.the fixed effect model is used to test the impact of intelligence on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry structure.while focusing on the significance of explanatory variables.Secondly.in order to ensure the robustness and reliability of the conclusion.the test is conducted by replacing the core explanatory variables.Then.the 26 provinces are divided into the east.the middle and the west to study the impact of regional heterogeneity.Finally.build a mediation effect model to study whether labor income and employment have dual mediation effects in the path of intelligent promotion of manufacturing structure upgrading.The empirical research results show that the development of intelligence can promote the upgrading of the manufacturing structure.and this promotion effect is heterogeneous in the east.middle and west regions.At the same time.it can be found that labor income and employment have dual intermediary effects in the driving path.Based on the research conclusions.this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations: improve the degree of intelligent infrastructure and improve the application level of intelligent technology;Adjust the discipline structure of higher education to meet the practical needs of upgrading the structure of manufacturing industry;Reform the progressive system of individual income tax.maintain the overall income level.expand investment based on the upgrading of consumption structure.improve the investment level of high-end manufacturing industry.and promote the upgrading of manufacturing structure;Look for new technological breakthroughs in the eastern region to promote intelligence into a new stage of development.promote technology exchange and sharing with the eastern region in the central and western regions.and promote regional coordinated development.This paper may have the following innovations:(1)index evaluation system innovation.By analyzing the concepts of intelligence.informatization and artificial intelligence.we can accurately define the connotation of manufacturing intelligence.Introduce more evaluation indicators to more comprehensively evaluate the level of manufacturing intelligence in each province.(2)Drive mechanism innovation.Starting from the supply side and the demand side.based on the two effects of intelligence.intelligence penetration and boundary extension.this paper introduces labor income and employment.and verifies the dual driving path of labor in the intelligent driven manufacturing upgrading.(3)The perspective of policy making is innovative.Through empirical analysis.this paper finds that the impact of intelligence on the upgrading of manufacturing structure is gradually weakened from the central.western and eastern regions.This paper believes that the impact of intelligence on the upgrading of manufacturing industry structure is not only related to the level of intelligence development.but also related to the stage of intelligence development.Therefore.it is suggested that different policies and measures should be taken in different regions according to different stages of intelligence development.
