Research On The Potential Evaluation Of The Integrated Development Of Rural Agriculture And Tourism In Chengdu

In recent years,the state has been committed to cultivating new rural industries and new formats,encouraging the deep integration and development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,giving full play to the multi-functionality of agriculture,relying on multi-product integration,promoting the adjustment of rural industrial structure,and extending the agricultural industrial chain and value chain,to realize the revitalization of rural industries.Promoting the integrated development of tourism and agriculture is an important way to transform and upgrade the rural industrial structure under the new normal,and it is also an inevitable requirement to comply with the trend of rural multi-product integration.After the vigorous promotion of the agricultural tourism integration industry in recent years,a large number of agricultural tourism integration projects such as ecological agricultural sightseeing parks,characteristic agricultural industrial parks,and leisure farms have been cultivated all over the country,and have produced good economic,social and ecological benefits..However,at the same time,it also exposed that some villages blindly followed the trend in the development of agricultural tourism integration projects,resulting in low level of resource product development,insufficient regional coordinated development capabilities,imperfect tourism construction land and supporting facilities,and low level of operation and management.It is difficult to form a good industrial pattern of "promoting tourism through agriculture,promoting agriculture through tourism,and promoting each other between agriculture and tourism".Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the development potential and optimization strategies of rural agritourism integration in order to avoid the blind development of agricultural tourism integration projects in various regions and to find the optimization and improvement path of agricultural tourism integration for rural areas that are already developing agricultural tourism integration projects.From the perspective of industry integration,based on the analysis of the formation conditions of the development potential of the integration of rural agriculture and tourism,this research selects the core influencing factors for the evaluation of the development potential of rural integration of agriculture and tourism from three aspects: the basis,power,process and path of the integration of agriculture and tourism.Interpretation of policy planning related to the integrated development of agriculture and tourism,investigation of tourist demand for rural agriculture and tourism integration,and research results related to the development potential of leisure agriculture and rural tourism to supplement and improve the impact factors.Based on the three dimensions of tourism integration supply and demand potential,agricultural tourism integration guarantee capability and agricultural tourism integration support force,an evaluation system for the development potential of rural agricultural tourism integration is constructed,and the weights of indicators are calculated using the analytic hierarchy process.Subsequently,13 villages in the west of Chengxinpu,Peng Town,Shuangliu District were selected as cases for empirical research.First,the current situation of the integrated development of rural tourism in each village was analyzed,and then the linear weighted sum method was used to evaluate the development potential of the above-mentioned rural integration of rural tourism and the index system.The results of the evaluation of development potential at each level are analyzed in detail,and the villages are divided into four categories:areas with the strongest potential,areas with strong potential,areas with average potential,and areas with weak potentials by using the systematic clustering method.The results of the evaluation of the development potential of tourism integration and the analysis of the current situation and problems,put forward optimization suggestions for the integrated development of the agricultural tourism industry in Pengzhen from five aspects: resource development,system reconstruction,land use guarantee,management optimization,and classification and guidance.
