Leisure Tourism Agriculture is the world's popular emerging industries in recent years. It is a leisure travel which contains modern science and agriculture. It fully utilize the rural facilities and space, place of agricultural and production, business activities, ecological protection, nature and cultural resources. By gout of watching and degustation, availability of practicem, knowledge of scientific information and commodity of production, not only let both urban residents and other visitors enjoy the different scenic spots, which is a nature and modern original agricultural art, provides travel, rest and health for them, but also makes them get the unique spiritual and material enjoyment and promote the agricultural economic development.As a big agricultural province, Hebei has rich tourism resources of agriculture and have unique advantages and potential.for the development of leisure agriculture and tourism. Based on the in-depth analysis of the development of the agricultural tourism, this paper aims to develop the agriculture leisure tourism potential and in search of the developing space and prospect, then changes the potential advantages into competitive advantages, therefore it can expand the tourism market share, enhance its overall benefits, achieve the goals of healthy,orderly and sustainable development.The thesis is divided into seven parts, of which four, five, six chapters are the keys. Introduction mainly introduces the background, significance, research ideas, technical route, domestic and foreign research;The second chapter mainly analyses concepts "sightseeing agriculture ", "the development potential for leisure and tourism agriculture t".based on this research perspective, it also defines the scope of the study area;Chapter III focuses on the basic theory of leisure and tourism agricultural development, Based on "growth pole theory and the life cycle theory", concretely guide the strategy of development phase, development status, and conversion of the development potential.Chapter Four mainly summarize the development status quo of Leisure Agriculture Tourism in Hebei from three aspects: distribution pattern of agricultural resources, tourism resources in agriculture and regional development status of agricultural touris;The fifth chapter investigate the development potential of leisure tourism agriculture. We analyse the development potential in four areas,including demand system from the source markets, tourism resources and supply systems, support systems and travel systems;ChapterⅥstudy the strategy about changing the development strategy into real competitive abilty in some aspects such as the major products from the resource advantage into competitive ability, the market potential into real purchasing power, the government standardize management and so on;ChapterⅦis the conclusion part about the main conclusions of this paper, and lack of innovation.
