Research On The Impact Of Inclusive Insurance On Agricultural Economic Growth From The Perspective Of Rural Industry Revitalization

The development of agricultural economy is inseparable from financial support,and inclusive insurance,as an important part of the financial system,plays a significant role in optimizing the allocation of insurance resources.The report of the 20 th National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,accelerate the construction of an agricultural power,and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Due to the weak nature of agricultural production,it is vulnerable to various risks.As an important management tool for diversifying and transferring risks,inclusive insurance is not only conducive to improving the level of insurance development in rural areas,meeting the risk protection needs of different income groups,but also bringing stable income to low-income groups.The risk protection of inclusive insurance can improve agricultural total factor productivity,and the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity will help promote large-scale operation of agriculture,promote agricultural economic growth and drive the revitalization of rural industries.From the perspective of rural industry revitalization,this paper analyzes the mechanism of inclusive insurance on agricultural economic growth based on welfare economics theory,economic growth theory,insurance exclusion theory and other related theories,and then obtains research hypotheses,and at the same time,based on the above related theories,selects indicators from three dimensions to construct inclusive insurance index,and empirically tests the impact of inclusive insurance on agricultural economic growth.Finally,combined with the empirical analysis results,relevant policy suggestions are provided for the revitalization of rural industries and the development of inclusive insurance in China.The first chapter mainly explains the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the current status of relevant research at home and abroad,and points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.Chapter 2 defines the concepts of inclusive insurance,agricultural total factor productivity and agricultural economic growth,and introduces the relevant theories used in this paper.Chapter 3analyzes the mechanism between inclusive insurance and agricultural economic growth based on the relevant theories of inclusive insurance and agricultural economic growth,and puts forward reasonable assumptions.Based on the mechanism between inclusive insurance and agricultural economic growth in Chapter 3,Chapter 4 empirically analyzes the research hypotheses by selecting relevant variable indicators.Chapter 5 analyzes the empirical results,obtains the research conclusions of this paper,and gives targeted suggestions accordingly.The results show that inclusive insurance is an important driving force for improving agricultural total factor productivity and agricultural economy,and inclusive insurance can promote the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity,bring about the improvement of capital and technology utilization efficiency,ensure stable agricultural production and affect the revitalization of rural industries,and agricultural total factor productivity is an important mechanism for inclusive insurance to affect the revitalization of rural industries.The impact of inclusive insurance on agricultural economic growth will show obvious differences due to the level of agricultural total factor productivity.Further extended analysis shows that compared with the central and western regions with less developed economic level,inclusive insurance has a more significant effect on agricultural total factor productivity and agricultural economic growth in the eastern region,and the more developed the economy and culture,the more significant the promotion of agricultural economic growth.In this regard,the following four suggestions are put forward: increase the publicity of inclusive insurance,enhance farmers’ awareness of risk prevention,strengthen the innovation of inclusive insurance products,empower science and technology to improve service quality and efficiency,give full play to the function of inclusive insurance protection,accelerate the promotion of agricultural technology innovation,rationally allocate inclusive insurance resources,and promote the development of rural agricultural economy.
