Research On The Construction Of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Business Models In ZDSJ Company

After World War II,international engineering consulting has gradually entered a comprehensive consulting stage covering decision-making,construction,operation and sustainable development,while China’s engineering consulting has been in a split single consulting because the business modules are in the charge of different administrative departments,resulting in the poor development status of the whole industry after entering the 13 th five year plan,such as low efficiency,fierce competition and increasing income without increasing profits.In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry,the country has gradually promoted the whole process of engineering consulting since 2017.In this context,it is very necessary to study how enterprises build the whole process engineering consulting business to respond to the reform measures of the country and the industry.On the basis of literature research and engineering consulting theory,taking ZDSJ company as an example,this paper first analyzes its production and operation status,puts forward some specific problems in its business,such as low contract quality,marginalization and limited credit rating,and expounds the urgency of developing the whole process engineering consulting business by using G-PEST and SWOT analysis methods;Furthermore,by comparing the characteristics of integration,consortium and cooperation,this paper proposes the overall construction principle of ZDSJ whole process engineering consulting business model;After that,this paper makes a detailed design on how to complete the qualification construction by developing itself and applying for supervision qualification,complete the team construction by introducing and training chief consultants,professional technicians and legal personnel,and meet the organization construction of the whole process of engineering consultation by optimizing the internal structure of the company;Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures that should be done well from the aspects of market development,management improvement,human resources and information technology.This paper can enrich the research content in related fields to a certain extent,help ZDSJ understand the situation,expand ideas,and provide decision-making reference for the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of its engineering consulting business.
