| With the further deepening of structural reforms on the supply side of China’s engineering consulting services,the current supply model of fragmented engineering consulting services is contradictory,and the society’s demand for comprehensive,cross-stage,and integrated whole-process engineering consulting services is increasing.Based on the above background,this paper defines that the reconstruction of knowledge value chain is an effective way for engineering consulting enterprises to transform and upgrade,and takes the knowledge value chain as the research object to conduct research around the investment management and control consulting of engineering general contracting projects.First of all,through the grounded theory,the investment management and control consulting cases of the general contracting projects carried out by the pilot engineering consulting companies are coded and analyzed.After a detailed analysis of 22 case reports,a total of 50 work categories are posted.After the categorization "assembly" process is over,11 main categories are finally formed,and then 4 core categories are summarized.By comparing and analyzing the consulting services of the general contracting project with the traditional consulting service business,find out the value-added projects that adapt to the new model,and based on the ESIA method,through the four steps of Eliminate,Simplify,Integrate and Automate,the whole process of investment management and control consulting.Then,based on the knowledge classification of enterprise level and project level,and based on the knowledge achievement documents of each stage,the knowledge required by engineering consulting enterprises in each consulting stage of the general contracting project is obtained by induction and analysis.Then research the knowledge subject,match the knowledge subject and knowledge of the engineering consulting enterprise,and further construct the investment management and control consulting knowledge flow model of the whole process of the general contracting project based on the investment management and control consulting business process,and analyze the knowledge generated by the investment management and control consulting.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the value chain and knowledge chain model of the whole process investment management and control consulting of the engineering procurement construction project are constructed at the enterprise level and the project level.Based on the knowledge value chain theory from the perspective of enterprise business process research,the value chain and knowledge chain are coupled,interactively fused into a double-chain composite knowledge value chain,and the knowledge value chain model is verified and analyzed through X engineering consulting enterprise cases.In general,this paper analyzes the case based on grounded theory as a tool for business identification,then discusses the knowledge activities carried out by engineering consulting companies based on their core business,and finally implements the construction of the knowledge value chain model of engineering consulting companies.It has brought help for traditional cost consulting companies to adapt to the impact brought by the new environment of the construction industry,improve the core competitiveness of engineering consulting companies,and promote the transformation and upgrading of engineering consulting companies. |
