Research On The Factors Influencing And Improvement Measures Of Supply Chain Data Islanding In Assembled Projects

In recent years,more and more enterprises choose the digital transformation,during this process,a large amount of business related data was generated.In the process of data management and application,the phenomenon of data islands has a serious impact on the operation and decision-making of enterprises.Most construction companies are not yet clear on how to give full play to the value of the data,excavate and release the data value to a greater extent.Data governance is a common approach.In the final analysis,data governance is to avoid data islands.Prefabricated building supply chain management is conducive to improving production efficiency and competitiveness,and the integration of information and material management is the key factor for effective supply chain management.The process of integrating process management is ultimately the process of data integration.The supply chain of prefabricated building involves multiple links and stakeholders,in the process of supply chain management,it is easy to generate "data islands",which will affect the effect of supply chain management,so how to get through "data islands",release the value of data,and avoid data become a "stagnant water",is a key problem that need to be research.Based on this,firstly,this paper explores the causes of the generation of data island in prefabricated building supply chain through literature analysis,combined with the resource dependence theory and stakeholder theory,the causes of the generation of data island are divided into four dimensions: enterprise scale,inter-enterprise dependence,inter-enterprise trust and information system collaboration.The ultimate goal of breaking the data island is to realizes data openness and sharing.This paper measures the data island phenomenon of prefabricated building supply chain from the dimension of data open sharing,adopts the research scale of existing scholars,and collects sample data around shared content and quality through questionnaire survey.At the same time,according to the cause dimension of the data island,designed the questionnaire and collect the enterprise scale,inter-enterprise dependence,inter-enterprise trust and information system coordination of the corresponding project.Then,fs QCA is used to analyze the affected configuration from four antecedent variables and one outcome variable.Finally,on the basis of the configuration analysis,the configuration path of the influencing factors is analyzed,and the suggestions for the improvement of the supply chain data island of prefabricated buildings are put forward.The results show that,when the scale of enterprises is large,the data island can be improved by increasing the degree of inter-enterprise dependence and inter-enterprise trust;regardless of the size of the enterprise,two of the three factors,inter-enterprise dependence,information system collaboration and inter-enterprise trust,can be selected to improve,which can reduce the phenomenon of data islands;when the degree of other factors are very low,no matter what the size of the enterprise,there is a high probability that,the prefabricated building supply chain will occur data islands.However,the change of enterprise scale is not achieved overnight,through the literature analysis,this paper proposes a supply chain data governance.management model based on the integration of block chain and digital twin technology,we can unify data standards,achieve system concentration,clarify data rights and responsibilities,ensure data quality,monitor each link of the supply chain in real time,improve data credibility,in order to improve the trust between prefabricated building supply chain enterprises,information system coordination,so as to improve the problem of data island.The research results can not only more comprehensively summarize the causes of data islands in the assembly type construction supply chain,expand the path to improve the data islands in the assembly type construction supply chain,but also enable the assembly type construction supply chain managers to more fully understand the problem of data islands in the supply chain,help them effectively evaluate the key factors for realizing data sharing among enterprises,and provide information for enterprises to improve the data islands in the supply chain.
