This research aims at the problems of single agriculture science data sharing mode,lack of support for data reuse,lack of systematic solutions for sharing technology,low efficiency,etc.Taking agriculture scientific data as the object,the agriculture scientific data sharing mode and technical system were studied.A new mode for the sharing of agriculture scientific data and a system for the sharing of agriculture scientific data are proposed.With a view to improving the efficiency of agriculture scientific data sharing,promoting the construction of agriculture scientific data resources and supporting agriculture science and technology innovation.Using the methods of literature survey method,case study method,investigation analysis method,and system analysis method,the following three aspects of research work were carried out:(1)Taking Liaoning Province as an example,the status of agriculture science data sharing was investigated and analyzed.Understand the current status of agriculture science data users,the current status of agriculture scientific data resources,the current status of agriculture scientific data sharing,the current status of agriculture scientific data reuse,and the status of agriculture scientific data user demand in our province.(2)Based on the relevant characteristics of agriculture science data in Liaoning Province,agriculture science data sharing mode construction ideas and agriculture scientific data classification method were proposed.A combination of centralized and distributed agriculture science data sharing mode was constructed.(3)Based on the technical obstacles in agriculture scientific data sharing,proposed the "Trinity" agriculture science data sharing technology system.Including data enhancement technology,data interoperability technology,and data reuse evaluation.Clarified the four-level structure of data enhancement technology.Formulated the data enhancement technology route.And designed the technical scheme of scientific data data element standard,metadata standard and metadata application plan,agriculture science data ontology and agriculture science data metadata ontology.Proposes a hierarchical framework for agriculture science data interoperability,including technology,semantics,organization,and legal aspects.And constructs technologies interoperability plans and semantic interoperability plans for agriculture science data.An evaluation framework for the reuse of agriculture scientific data was proposed.This study lays the foundation for the practice of agriculture science data sharing and reuse.Also provides relevant examples for related research.The main innovations are:(1)The combination of centralized and distributed agriculture scientific data sharing mode is proposed,and the effective use of multiple application scenarios is achieved,which better supports the reuse of agriculture science data.(2)Proposed the "Trinity" agriculture scientific data sharing technology system.It organically combines three parts: scientific data enhancement technology,scientific data interoperability technology,and scientific data reuse effectiveness evaluation.Initially solved the technical problems in the sharing ofagriculture scientific data.
