| Financial work should serve economic and social development and the real economy.Urban commercial banks,as an important part of the financial industry,should base on the market positioning of "serving urban and rural residents,serving SMEs and serving the local economy",optimize the business structure,intensify innovation,and constantly improve the quality and efficiency of serving the real economy.In recent years,the state has issued a series of policies to support the development of inclusive finance business,and stressed that commercial banks should return to their roots,focus on the main business,and serve SMEs to achieve both quality and efficiency.After three yearsof epidemic,the Chinese economy has strong expectations of recovery,and the financial demands of SMEs are at an unprecedented high,it is a good historical period for commercial banks to develop inclusive finance.As a regional city commercial bank,Jinfa Bank operates in a wide range of areas,covering Liaoning,Heilongjiang and Beijing and Tianjin,compared with other city commercial banks,Jinfa Bank has natural advantages in the development of inclusive finance.Meanwhile,as a listed H-share company,Jinfa Bank has strong assets and a large number of professionals,and has a business foundation for the development of inclusive finance.According to the development status of Jinfa Bank,this paper uses literature analysis and SWOT analysis matrix to study the development strategy of Jinfa Bank.The overall operation of Jinfa Bank is stable,and it has made fruitful achievements in inclusive finance,fintech steadily contributes to business development,but there are also some problems,which are reflected in unreasonable regional distribution of operating income,operating income highly depends on interest,asset quality deviation,slow development of inclusive finance,it shows that Jinfa Bank’s risk management ability is weak,the industry competitiveness is insufficient,the strategy implementation is not strong enough,and lack of inclusive finance professionals.By analyzing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Jinfa Bank,concludes that Jinfa Bank should adopt a mixed development strategy with WO twisting strategy as the main and ST diversified strategy as the secondary.Should actively adjust the business strategy,rationally arrange the proportion of various businesses,enhanceindependent R&D ability,enhance business innovation ability,improve human resource management,develop internet finance,establish the strategic position of inclusive finance,and build an inclusive finance business system with comprehensive scenarios,reasonable pricing,flexibility and efficiency.Finally,we proposed that the strategy should be implemented in four aspects: adjusting the business development direction,optimizing the inclusivefinancialframework,enhancing the capacity of technological and improving the risk prevention.At the same time,the organizational structure,human resources,resource allocation,corporate culture and should be guaranteed to make joint efforts to ensure realization of the strategic objectives of Jinfa Bank. |
