Since China was affected by the epidemic at the end of 2019,the situation of the epidemic at home and abroad has been very severe,bringing uncertainty to the development of the world economy.In addition,domestic land and real estate market regulation policies have also undergone a complete transformation,and property market regulation policies controlled from sources such as land supply and financial financing have also been intensively introduced,such as "centralized land supply" and "three red lines".In the current environment of building a "dual cycle" economic structure,it has become a consensus to curb housing investment and release the vitality of residents’ consumption,and the development policies of the real estate industry will continue to be tightened.Real estate enterprises are facing a situation where competition is becoming more intense and profits are rapidly declining.Some real estate enterprises have also received high social attention due to their "thunderstorms".How to adapt to regulatory policies and avoid uncertain risks is a difficult problem that real estate enterprises need to face.LC Real Estate Company is no exception.It is facing tremendous pressure for survival and development,and urgently needs to adjust its development strategy in a timely manner based on the market and its own situation,in order to seek sustainable and stable development.In this context,this study focuses on exploring the relatively reasonable development strategy of LC Real Estate Company.First of all,starting from the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,and research methods,this study combs the relevant theories of corporate strategic management and development strategy in the real estate industry.Secondly,this study uses PEST analysis method and Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the internal and external environment of LC real estate company.In terms of external environment,the opportunities and threats of LC are analyzed from two aspects: macro environment and industrial environment.In terms of internal environment,the advantages and disadvantages of LC are analyzed from the perspective of company resources and company capabilities.Thirdly,this study uses the SWOT strategy matrix to summarize alternative strategies,and combines the mission and vision of LC Real Estate Company to select the strategic positioning,strategic objectives,and strategic priorities of LC Real Estate Company.Finally,formulate specific strategic implementation paths based on strategic objectives,and provide guarantees from aspects such as organizational structure,institutional mechanisms,operational efficiency,product innovation,finance,and brand management.The research in this article mainly points out the direction for the development strategy of LC Real Estate Company,and also hopes to provide targeted reference value for other real estate companies when formulating development strategies.
