| As the main investment body and financing carrier of the government in urban infrastructure construction,urban investment company is also a kind of special state-owned enterprise,which plays a huge role in urban construction and economic and social development.Urban investment company generally has problems such as low marketization degree,little business,operating assets and strong dependence on finance and land.With the continuous development of urbanization construction,The development of market economy and the transformation of government functions are the general trend of the transformation of city investment company.In this paper,X investment and construction company as the research object,using the resource based theory of strategic management,competitive advantage theory,diversification theory,PEST model,VRIO model,SWOT analysis,EFE and IFE,QSPM matrix and other methods,X investment and construction company external macro environment,industrial environment and competitor analysis.Analyze its internal operating status,strategic resources,human resources and innovative ability.At the same time,VRIO model is used to identify its internal competitive advantages.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages of X Investment construction Company,and EFE and IFE matrix are used to quantify the analysis results.It is concluded that X investment Construction Company can cope with the influence of external environment and other companies in the same industry to some extent,and the internal advantages are greater than the disadvantages.QSPM matrix is used to further analyze the four strategic combinations obtained by SWOT analysis,which are SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy and WT strategy.By setting the weight of key factors and scoring the degree of adaptation of the four strategic combinations,it is known that X Investment Construction Company is more suitable for SO strategy,namely the growth strategic direction of SO strategy.The business system of "construction,investment,operation and capital" is coordinated,and the five industries including infrastructure sector,talent and housing sector,industrial space sector,real estate development sector and low-carbon energy plate are coordinated.Based on the requirements of urban development and the needs of the company’s long-term development,the mutual promotion of "mission implementation" and "market expansion" should be accelerated.The "two-wheel drive" development mode of "deep cultivation of urban areas" and "layout of bay area" is coordinated,and three feasible development strategies are proposed: the five industries coordinated to expand the market development strategy,the exploration of diversified investment layout strategy and the implementation of diversified management and control mode strategy.Combined with the actual development of X Investment and Construction Company,strategic safeguard measures are proposed,which are considered from seven aspects: securing land resources,building value-oriented financial system,strengthening human resource system construction,enhancing risk management ability,improving organization and implementation system,establishing and perfecting marketization mechanism,and establishing long-term incentive mechanism. |
