Manufacturing is the leading industry in China’s national economy and the backbone of the real economy.With the development of technology and changes in the market,China’s manufacturing industry is gradually transforming towards high-end,intelligent,and green directions.The proportion of high-tech manufacturing is increasing year by year,but the shortage of professional and technical personnel is becoming more and more prominent.The core competitiveness of the development of manufacturing industry in the new era is talent.It is of great significance to recruit excellent professional and technical personnel for enterprises and enable them to fully demonstrate their skills.This article takes XH Company in the high-tech manufacturing industry as an example.Through methods such as literature reading,questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,and case analysis,combined with the person-job fit theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,it analyzes the problems in the recruitment management of enterprises and studies corresponding countermeasures.First,the article introduces the company background and organizational structure of XH Company,as well as the overall human resources situation and the gender composition,age structure,education structure,and turnover situation of front-line technical personnel.Secondly,the article provides a detailed explanation of the recruitment management status of front-line technical personnel from XH Company,including the recruitment,selection,employment,and evaluation stages according to the recruitment management process.Then,the article designs a survey questionnaire for the four stages of recruitment management of front-line technical personnel in XH Company and investigates the problems in the recruitment management of front-line technical personnel in XH Company through interview surveys.Combining the overall recruitment management status and the survey results,the article finds that there are problems such as insufficient preparation in the recruitment stage,failure of the recruitment team to guide talent selection correctly,lack of rigor in the employment process,and lack of recruitment effectiveness evaluation.Further analysis of these problems identifies the deep-rooted reasons behind them,such as the lack of strategic thinking in recruitment management,weak recruitment team strength and lack of professional quality,insufficient attention to the employment stage,and an insufficiently perfect recruitment process management system.Finally,the article proposes solutions to the recruitment management problems of front-line technical personnel for XH Company based on relevant theories and combined with the actual situation of XH Company,including optimizing the preparation work in the recruitment stage,strengthening the construction of the recruitment team,improving the employee training system and assessment methods,and conducting scientific recruitment effectiveness evaluation.Given that China’s manufacturing industry is gradually shifting towards high-end,intelligent and green development,the recruitment of top-quality talents has become crucial for enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness.Recruitment is the most direct and efficient way for enterprises to acquire talent.Through the study of XH Company in this article,we hope to provide some help for its recruitment of front-line technical personnel,as well as some reference for similar companies in China’s manufacturing industry.
