The innovation of intelligent manufacturing technology is the key way to realize the high-end of "Made in China",and plays a vital role in the realization of a strong country in science and technology,manufacturing and innovation.With the increasing status of intelligent manufacturing in the national innovation-driven development strategy,the new generation of industrial technology with intelligent manufacturing as the core has accelerated the development process of "Made in China" to "created in China",which represents the future development direction of China’s manufacturing industry.The technology innovation network of intelligent manufacturing enterprise is becoming more and more active,which prompts the matching governance system to emerge at the right time,and reacts on the technology innovation network.Obviously,technology innovation network and governance system run through the whole process of technology upgrading of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.Moreover,there is a coupling relationship between technology innovation network and governance system,which can promote the efficient allocation of innovation resources and promote the improvement of technology innovation efficiency of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.Therefore,the process coupling of technology innovation network and governance system has important theoretical and practical significance for the technology upgrading of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.Intelligent manufacturing enterprise mainly focus on new product development,dynamic response to product demand,real-time optimization of production and supply chain network and other activities,which is the latest form of technological upgrading for manufacturing technology companie.Intelligent manufacturing enterprise tends to attach more importance to technology than to system in decision-making,which results in a low compatibility between technology innovation network and governance system.Hence,how to coupling and match the development process of technology innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprises? This paper takes intelligent manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Through literature review,it sorts out the innovation network of intelligent manufacturing enterprise,the innovation governance system of intelligent manufacturing enterprise,and the coupling and decision-making between them.The process coupling and decision model of technological innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprise is proposed.The main research work can be divided into the following aspects:Firstly,the process coupling and decision-making of technology innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprises are studied.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the concepts,characteristics and theories related to the process coupling between technology innovation network and governance system of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.By adopting the methods of grounded theory and questionnaire survey,this paper specifically analyzes the key elements,process coupling relationship and its necessity between technology innovation network and governance system of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and studies and reveals the law,state,characteristics and motivation of the process coupling between the two systems.The process coupling and decision-making theory system of technology innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprise is constructed.It is found that the process coupling of technology innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprises is spontaneous and exogenous,which can be used to establish internal generation mechanism and external mechanism.The internal generation mechanism emphasizes the spontaneous formation of coupling matching between systems,and the external mechanism emphasizes the improvement of coupling matching between systems under the guidance of external forces,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,The coupling model of intelligent manufacturing enterprise technology innovation network and governance system with gait process is studied.In this paper,the phenomenon of synchronous state in the process coupling law of technology innovation network and governance system of intelligent manufacturing enterprises is analyzed in detail,and the producing conditions and judgment basis of synchronous state process coupling are expounded.Then,the model and case analysis are carried out for the synchronous state process coupling of technology innovation network and governance system of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.It is concluded that there are two forms of synchronous convergence and synchronous divergence in the synchronous process coupling model.Among them,the coupling model of synchronous convergence process has the evolutionary effect of synchronous superposition,which can greatly enhance the coupling force between technological innovation network and governance system.The coupling model of synchronous divergent process has synchronous degradation effect,which can lead to the gradual weakening of the synchronous coupling force between them.Thirdly,the asynchronous process coupling model of technology innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprise is studied.By analyzing the phenomenon of asynchronous state in the process coupling law of technology innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprise,the generation conditions and judgment basis of asynchronous state process coupling are clarified,and the model and case analysis of asynchronous state process coupling between technology innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprises are carried out.It is concluded that there are two forms of asynchronous convergence and asynchronous divergence in the coupling model of the two systems.Among them,the coupling model of asynchronous convergence process has the effect of asynchronous evolution,which can promote the gradual strengthening of the coupling between technological innovation network and governance system.However,the coupling model of asynchronous divergent process has the asynchronous degradation effect,which can lead to a significant weakening of the coupling force between them.Fourthly,The differential game method is used to analyze the process coupling development requirements of the two systems under different states.In this paper,the differential game method is adopted to analyze the coupling development demands of technological innovation network and governance system under different states.Combining the leading situation of technological innovation network and governance system,the decision models of asynchronous divergence,asynchronous convergence and synchronous process coupling demand disturbance are constructed respectively,and the three decision schemes are compared and simulated.Finally,the application path of the research decision model is proposed.The research found that the synchronous process coupling demand disturbance decision-making scheme has significant advantages.It is a satisfactory solution to satisfy the interests of all parties.Compared with the synchronous decision-making scheme,the efficiency of the asynchronous decision-making scheme is lower.It can promote the process coupling transformation from asynchronous divergence to asynchronous convergence and asynchronous convergence to synchronous process coupling transformation by adjusting the coupling elements between the technological innovation network and the governance system.By revealing the law,state and motivation of process coupling between technological innovation network and governance system in intelligent manufacturing enterprises,a theoretical system of process coupling between them are proposed.The objective is to meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing enterprise’s technology upgrading by solving the coupling matching theory,method and decision problems in the process of technological innovation network and governance system development.It has promoted the technological innovation efficiency of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.This not only provides a new perspective and thought for the theoretical research of process innovation,but also provides an important decision reference for the technological innovation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.
