Abstract/Summary:
When the socio-economic development reaches a certain level,the key to purchasing will also shift,possibly shifting from products and services to experiences.Experience is the material experience formed by the user’s stimulation of certain conditions after the socio-economic development reaches a certain level.It is personal and highly subjective,and varies depending on individual teaching,personal experiences,and preferences.In the past few years,China’s economy has been developing steadily,people’s living standards are gradually improving,and people’s consumption levels are also gradually improving.The era of empirical economy has come.In the "experience" economic era,businesses should not only provide consumers with products and services,but also bring consumers the ultimate experience of "driven by love",so that customers have an unforgettable feeling.The consumption of customers has changed from a kind of material to a kind of emotion,an emotion,a kind of energy,a kind of wisdom,or a kind of spiritual experience.Therefore,in the experience economy,we must take "service" as the stage of "performance" and "commodity" as "equipment" in order to bring real fun to users and create a memorable event.In today’s "experience economy",people’s demand for "rural tourism" is getting higher and higher.Looking at our country,rural areas,with the rapid economic development of rural areas,rural areas are also showing a more and more abundant development trend.At present,all parts of the country are constantly improving projects in rural areas according to local characteristics in order to increase the participation of more tourists.Although there are some empirical and participatory projects,these projects do not meet the experience needs of tourists.Zeya Town,Ouhai District,Wenzhou has unique natural resources and beautiful landscapes,as well as unique dwellings and dwellings.Suitable for leisure and entertainment,sightseeing tourism,leisure recuperation,can meet the different personalized needs of different people,and bring them different tourism experiences.At present,with the gradual development of Zeya Town in Wenzhou,rural tourism has developed rapidly.However,due to the late development of our country and the limitation of talents,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the maintenance and development of rural tourism in our country.It can efficiently transform resource advantages into industrial advantages,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism industry,promote the economic development of surrounding counties and cities,and promote the coordinated development of economy,environment and society.In the article,based on the direction of tourist experience evaluation,combined with the theory of tourist satisfaction,and based on on-site investigation and scientific research,the relevant viewpoints of tourists on Wenzhou Zeya rural tourism products are excavated,and thus the strategies for updating rural tourism products are clearly proposed.The article adopts a questionnaire survey method to analyze and investigate the six major problems of Wenzhou Zeya: firstly,the product variety is monotonous,lacks cultural connotations,and there are many homogenization phenomena;Secondly,the promotion of rural tourism is insufficient and the forms of promotion are not rich;Thirdly,the infrastructure is backward and the brand effect is not strong;Fourthly,poor hygiene conditions pose potential risks to tourists;Fifth,the Cultural resource management are not deeply excavated and the output is insufficient;The sixth issue is the lack of experience in organizing and operating entities,and the lack of policy support.After conducting a correlation analysis based on the summarized issues,a clear strategy for updating rural tourism products in Zeya Town is proposed.Firstly,under the guidance of the market,develop tourism products with local characteristics;The second is to optimize the dissemination methods and fully utilize the resources of the media;Thirdly,strengthen the basic supporting facilities of tourist destinations and promote the brand creation of tourist destinations;The fourth is to create a common living environment for both the host and guests,creating an environment of "exquisite experience";The fifth is to emphasize local characteristics,polish the cultural golden card,and create a good cultural atmosphere;Sixth,strengthen the organization and operation of rural tourism industry,and promote the healthy development of rural tourism industry.Finally,based on the improvement measures,the conclusion of this study is proposed.
