Research On The Development Of Smart Agriculture In Hebei Province

It was suggested in the report of the Communist Party of China’s 20 th National Congress to accelerate the construction of an agricultural power.Developing Smart Agriculture actively is an important strategic deployment of socialism with Chinese characteristics in creating an agricultural power in the new era,guided by the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing." Located in the North China Plain of China,Hebei Province is a major agricultural province,a major food and vegetable province,and an important commodity grain base of the country.Under the background of the national "Internet plus" and the rapid development of informatization,the analysis of the current issues in the development of Smart Agriculture in Hebei Province is a measure to respond to the national call and conform to the historical development trend.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,purpose,significance,and current research status at home and abroad of the thesis.The second part elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of Smart Agriculture,and analyzes and introduces the relevant theories of Smart Agriculture,laying the foundation for subsequent research.The third part introduces the current development status of Smart Agriculture in Hebei Province from several aspects,including the foundation of Smart Agriculture development,infrastructure construction,Smart Agriculture parks,agricultural information platforms,rural Internet of Things equipment market,and rural e-commerce.In the fourth part,based on the analysis of the survey questionnaire and the current development status of Smart Agriculture in Hebei Province,the following problems were found: a shortage of Smart Agricultural talents,slow development of Smart Agricultural infrastructure,insufficient promotion and promotion of Smart Agriculture,insufficient data processing capabilities of Smart Agriculture,and high cost of agricultural IOT equipment.Finally,in response to the above issues and fully drawing on the successful experience of Smart Agriculture development at home and abroad,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of Smart Agriculture in Hebei Province are proposed from five aspects: strengthening the construction of Smart Agriculture talent team,accelerating the construction of Smart Agriculture infrastructure,strengthening the promotion and publicity of Smart Agriculture,innovating the big data sharing mechanism of Smart Agriculture,and playing the main role of the government in promoting the development of Smart Agriculture construction.In the era of "Internet plus" and rapid development of informatization,I hope that the suggestions and recommendations for improving the development of Smart Agriculture in Hebei Province can help Hebei Province to achieve more intelligent and accurate Smart Agriculture construction,boost the development of Smart Agriculture in Hebei Province,and provide a reference basis.
