| Today’s society is in the process of transformation from industrialized society to information society.The main feature of information society is the digital trend by means of emerging technologies such as "mobile Internet","Internet of things","artificial intelligence".The digital transformation of small,medium-sized and micro enterprises has become a research hotspot in recent years.Therefore,this upsurge has also touched company a,a state-owned information industry company.Knowledge workers play a mainstay role in information industry enterprises.They have their own innovative ideas and play an important role in performance development.At the same time,they also hope to have greater autonomy in the enterprise and give full play to their influence and contribution value.How to improve their work enthusiasm and provide an atmosphere suitable for their innovation and development,the salary scheme of knowledge workers needs to be further optimized.At present,the salary management system of company a is still in its infancy.Therefore,under the background of digital transformation,forming a set of salary system suitable for the development of knowledge employees has become one of the key tasks of company A.Under the premise of understanding the radio and television background and the development strategy of new information technology industry of company a,this scheme deeply excavates its human resource structure.Taking knowledge-based employees as the research target,this paper summarizes the problems that knowledge-based employees have most of their long service life,high professional skills and weak sense of belonging of new employees.Then,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper combs the satisfaction of knowledge-based employee salary management and incentive and the dimensions to be improved,so as to analyze the areas to be improved in the salary system of knowledge-based employees of company A.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of comprehensive salary and broadband salary,this paper combs the ideas and principles of optimizing the salary system of knowledge workers under the background of digital transformation.Optimization of the company’s salary system,improvement of the digital work opportunities,and improvement of the company’s digital work welfare system,including the optimization of the company’s salary system,the construction of the digital work opportunity,and the improvement of the company’s knowledge-based system.After the introduction of the salary system optimization scheme,this paper further analyzes the possible reform obstacles and a number of measures needed to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme.Based on the unique enterprise nature,historical reasons and relevant investigation and research demonstration of company a,this paper provides an optimized design scheme for the existing salary system of knowledge employees of company a under the background of digital transformation,and refers to the compensation methods for the salary gap between personnel with different identities,hoping to provide some reference for the salary scheme design of knowledge employees of company a and other similar enterprises under the digital transformation. |
