Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Smart City Data Asset Management

In the era of 5G,more and more attention has been paid to data resources."Data is an asset" has become a consensus in all sectors of society.Relying on the ubiquitous Internet of Things,the smart city has built a virtual city in the cyberspace in the form of digitization.In the process of building a network virtual city,smart cities have obtained huge basic data with the help of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things.These data are stored in the operation centers of various smart cities.The smart city operation center can realize the potential value of smart city data through professional collection,precipitation,mining and utilization of massive data.The construction of a huge database and various big data application platforms makes the smart city operation center control a large number of data assets.Although some smart city operation centers have made some attempts,there are still have many defects in their data asset management.Based on the theoretical research of data asset management,this research collects data through various channels,and organizes and analyzes the collected data.After a preliminary understanding of data asset management,field surveys,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted to combine theory and practice.From the perspective of the formation and value of smart city data assets,the motivation and value of the formation of smart city data assets were analyzed Reflect and analyze the current status of smart city data asset management.Based on the research of smart city data asset management,taking W city smart city as an example,it is identified that there are data assets that have not been fully identified and identified,data asset management processes are missing,and data asset management organizational structure Problems such as incompleteness and data barriers exist.The existence problems caused by the analysis are caused by the incomplete identification of data assets,the imperfect structure of data asset management,the failure of reasonable evaluation of data assets,and the lack ofdata circulation and value-added operations.Based on the analysis of the problem,this study proposes solutions such as sorting out smart city data assets,establishing a smart city data asset management framework,and improving the smart city data asset management organizational structure.Furthermore,the effect of the proposed solutions was analyzed by expert scoring method.And through the analytic hierarchy process(matlab software),the weight of the future smart city data asset management framework module development was analyzed.
