The Impact Of Digital Inclusive Finance On Urban Economic Resilience In The North Bay City Cluster Impact Study

Urban economic resilience reflects the sensitivity and vulnerability of a regional economy to shocks,as well as the ability of an urban economy to maintain its own structural functions,minimize the negative impacts of shocks,and respond quickly to shocks.While taking over the industrial transfer from the Pearl River Delta,the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration should learn from the beneficial experiences of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and Yangtze River economic zone in improving urban economic resilience,strengthen the connection and cooperation among cities in the urban agglomeration,smooth the economic chain within the urban agglomeration,continuously reduce the difference in the level of urban economic resilience within the urban agglomeration,and explore the beneficial paths applicable to the development of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration,which is a new issue for cities in the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration to improve their economic resilience.It is a new issue for cities in the Beibu Gulf city cluster to improve their economic resilience.This paper proposes the issue of digital inclusive finance affecting urban economic resilience on the basis of exploring the research background of digital inclusive finance and urban economic resilience development,understanding the theories related to digital inclusive finance and economic resilience,and systematically combing relevant references,and points out the importance and urgency of the research problem.Subsequently,the mechanism of the impact of digital inclusive finance on urban economic resilience is clarified based on financial inclusion theory,financial structure theory,financial constraint theory,and complex adaptive system theory.By comparing the measurement methods of urban economic toughness in core journals at home and abroad,the idea of constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system and using the entropy-weight-Topsis method to obtain the urban economic toughness score of the Beibu Gulf city cluster is adopted.By analyzing the temporal and spatial evolution of digital inclusive finance and urban economic resilience of the Beibu Gulf city cluster,the development level of digital inclusive finance and urban economic resilience of each city within the city cluster is observed from the perspective of the city cluster.In the empirical part,a multiple regression model and a spatial mechanism model are constructed to verify the mechanism,and endogeneity,robustness and heterogeneity tests are conducted.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)There are large differences in the level of digital inclusive finance and urban economic resilience in different cities in the Beibu Gulf city cluster.(2)Digital inclusive finance in the Beibu Gulf city cluster has a strong promoting effect on urban economic resilience.(3)There is a spatial spillover effect of digital inclusive finance on urban economic resilience in the Beibu Gulf city cluster.(4)The level of promotion of digital inclusive finance on urban economic resilience is higher in coastal areas and provincial capitals than in non-coastal areas and noncapital cities.In order to promote the synergistic development of digital inclusive finance in cities within the Beibu Gulf city cluster and narrow the regional economic resilience gap,strategic policies on digital inclusive finance should be adopted to promote the steady improvement of urban economic resilience in the Beibu Gulf city cluster;expand the breadth of coverage of digital inclusive financial products and services to promote urban resistance resilience in the Beibu Gulf city cluster;improve the depth of use of digital inclusive financial products and services to enhance the It also focuses on the digital development of digital inclusive financial products and services to stimulate the innovation and transformation power of cities in the Beibu Gulf city cluster.
