With the change of external economic environment,the increasing pressure of horizontal competition and the vigorous development of Internet finance,the traditional banking industry is facing great challenges.Fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees of commercial banks is a necessary condition for them to obtain the first opportunity in the fierce competition and promote sustainable development.Grassroots outlets are the basis of the organizational system of commercial banks.Employees of grassroots outlets directly contact and face customers.They are the direct parties to display the bank’s image and implement the bank’s decision-making.Therefore,paying attention to the incentive of grass-roots employees and determining a scientific and effective salary management scheme according to the actual situation of grass-roots outlets of commercial banks have a very important impact on fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and improving the management level and efficiency of grass-roots outlets.This paper takes the w outlet of China Construction Bank as the research object.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the compensation system of the outlet,this paper makes a systematic study on the problems existing in the compensation management of W outlet by using the methods of questionnaire survey,literature research and case analysis.On the basis of problem analysis and literature research,combined with the specific situation of W network,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of performance-oriented employee compensation system,briefly evaluates the application of the new scheme,and expounds the feasibility of the new scheme.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme,the paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the management of performance appraisal process,strengthening the construction of grass-roots network culture and paying attention to the application of appraisal results.It is hoped that the research of this paper will help to improve and perfect the salary system of grass-roots network employees.
