| With the introduction of national policies to abolish the restrictions on joint ventures and cooperation in oil and gas exploration and development,more enterprises will enter the oil and gas exploration and development industry,and the competition between oilfield service enterprises will be more intense.As an oil and gas equipment manufacturing and service industry,oilfield service enterprises purchase raw materials and sell a wide range of products,and the whole process of enterprise operation needs capital management,so strengthening the management of working capital is very important for oilfield service enterprises.In November 2021,the Ministry of Finance issued the Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Accounting Reform and Development,which sets out clear requirements for "adhering to integrated development" and points out that digital technology should be used to promote the deep integration of accounting work and enterprise operation and management activities.Business and finance integration can optimize business processes and rationally allocate resources according to changes in the internal and external environment of enterprises,thereby improving the efficiency of working capital management of enterprises,so oilfield service enterprises should actively respond to national policies and explore a road of Business and finance integration suitable for improving the working capital management level of oilfield service enterprises.As a rapidly developing oilfield service enterprise,with the continuous expansion of the business scale of the enterprise,A oilfield service enterprise has exposed many problems in working capital management,and A oilfield service enterprise urgently needs to introduce business and finance integration to solve the problems in working capital management.This paper selects A oilfield service enterprise as the case study object,first introduces the research background and research significance of the introduction of working capital management into business and finance integration,and then summarizes the working capital management results of domestic and foreign business and finance integration through the relevant literature overview,and expounds the relevant theories of working capital and business and finance integration.Then,this paper introduces the background and organizational structure of A oilfield service enterprise,and explains the current situation of its working capital management,and then analyzes the working capital management effect of A oilfield service enterprise based on the factors and channels,which paves the way for the in-depth study of the problems and causes of the working capital management of A oilfield service enterprise.Finally,from the perspective of business and finance integration,relying on digital transformation,a specific optimization plan for working capital management is proposed from the three links of procurement,inventory and marketing,and a series of safeguard measures are proposed to escort the specific optimization plan proposed by A oilfield service enterprise under the perspective of business and finance integration.This paper integrates the integration of Business and finance into the working capital management of A oilfield service enterprise,which is conducive to improving the overall efficiency,quality and effect of the operation of A oilfield service enterprise,realizing the high-quality development of A oilfield service enterprise,and providing reference for other oilfield service enterprises that are about to undergo transformation in working capital management. |
