Working capital is like an indispensable "blood" in business operations and plays an important role in the development of enterprises.At present,China's economic development is undergoing a transition from the old normal to the new normal.The economic growth rate enters the shift period,the economic restructuring is facing the painful period,and the previous economic stimulus policies enter the digestive period,making the domestic economic growth trend generally downward.The internal and external environment faced is becoming more and more serious,and the corporate capital chain is broken and thus bankrupt.Under this situation,enterprises should pay more attention to the management of working capital,based on exploring internal potential and improving the operational efficiency of funds.However,although research on working capital has become more and more abundant at present,there are few documents on the research of working capital management from the perspective of business processes.In practice,most Chinese companies still use traditional working capital management,focusing only on the management of individual projects,ignoring the continuous evaluation and optimization of the entire business process on which working capital is based.However,financial performance indicators are only the result of the operation of the business processes of the enterprise.The traditional management model leads to a weak link in the business process,which will seriously affect the working capital turnover efficiency.The circulation of working capital in the enterprise is inseparable from the business operation of the enterprise.Therefore,to improve the efficiency of enterprise working capital management,it is imperative to establish a working capital management model that is more suitable for the current development of the enterprise according to the relevant business processes of the actual operation of the enterprise.This paper is to study the business process management of enterprises,establish a research model of business process and working capital management,study the impact mechanism of business process on the management of working capital,and provide a new idea for the development of working capital management theory.The optimization of the working capital management path provides a new starting point for the company's future working capital management and promotes the further development of working capital management.In addition,there are few case studies on working capital management based on business processes,and there is no literature on the research of this direction from the foundry sand industry.With the development of China's automobile industry and the increase of export castings,the demand for coated coated sand is expanding.The number of enterprises in the coated coated sand industry is numerous,the level is uneven,and the competition is fierce.Most of them adopt low-cost competition strategies.Obtaining customer resources or reducing costs through inappropriate means to increase profits,the industry's overall normative needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper selects the C company in the industry as the case background,and conducts an in-depth analysis of C company's working capital management based on business process,and proposes optimization suggestions for C company's working capital management to help C enterprises improve their operations.At the same time as the operation of funds,it provides some reference for other enterprises in the industry,and adds case data on the management of working capital from the perspective of business processes,which not only broadens the perspective of working capital management,but also manages working capital in practice.The perspective and contribute to the practice of corporate working capital management.
